Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 14th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 29th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates! It's a bit quiet at the moment, but with all these upduffed viroids hopefully it won't be for long!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

So, roll call below please, viroids!

Lol at the pigeons!
popz sit him down and make him listen to you about these things, easier now thn after baby's here. Actually I think that applies to everyone, myself clouded, easier to talk now about worries or issues or changes that are needed.

Geeky wow talk... My mains also a priest, oddly enough called Zyla Grin I started on moonglade in a guild called honorbound but went to frostmane to a guild called security when the raiding got serious. Was always Healy though tee holy/disc and never had to play shadow as they needed my awesome healing hehe.

ZylaB · 30/10/2014 10:14

*included not clouded

Pisghetti · 30/10/2014 10:17

DP and I don't live together so I can't complain about not getting my own space! He's getting better at spending time at mine during the week which would be the source of my rage with baby coming along. He ticked off a couple of jobs that he's been saying he'll do since I moved (May...) last night so he's in my good books at the moment Smile

Lauren not heard of that either but glad you'll have close monitoring

Min bladder action sound hopeful and uncomfortable!

In yoga we did a couple of exercises showing us how to relax the pelvic floor as well as tighten it. Felt a bit weird (like you might pee yourself) but she mentioned it was important to 'let go' in labour Confused

I thought I felt movement at about 17 weeks I think...? But then I'm not sure how much I qualify as having a second time experience as the first was so long ago that everything feels like the first time again!

laurenamium · 30/10/2014 10:27

Grin At pigeon 3somes!

Oh popz Angry on your behalf! Do you think it's because it's not 'real' yet as in there's not an actual baby here yet- but he might step up and be really involved when its actually here? Or is it something that needs tackling?

Thank you for the reassurance popz! I need to stay positive and I've firmly stepped back from doctor google too. No one needs worse case scenarios Confused

freshstart4us · 30/10/2014 10:31

Min that's great news! Saw this and thought of you....

Oh I don't know. I'll talk to him about it and he'll make an effort for like a day and then it'll be same again... I'm just so tired and overwhelmed at the moment. Our schedules seem to be busier than ever before and I'm too knackered for it all! There always seems to be someone wanting something.... Maybe I'm just overreacting.

I'm dreading the division of Labour when baby's born, I know exactly how its going to be... aka not divided at all!!

wilmabedrock · 30/10/2014 11:10

Maybe talk specifics popz? It's all very well them promising they'll help in general, but maybe if you wrote a list of all the main things and discussed that? Like even if you're bf, they can still get up in the night and do nappy changes etc so you can just roll over and go back to sleep.

Nessalina · 30/10/2014 11:43

Morning all Smile Nice big lie in for me today! Bliss!

Zyla/Tee- That'd be a coincidence! I'm on Sha'tar, and I'm a Draenai. Guild is called Evzones, though I haven't done much with them, I'm pretty self-sufficient most of the time Grin I do a lot of LFR so we could also have crossed paths there, I do speak up quite a bit in raid chat. Respect to you healy types, it's not easy! Smile I've got two priest alts, I got quite good at healing back in the day, but the shadow side called to me so I made another priest to be shadow (this was before the days of dual speccing) and then realised that I really liked nuking things so tried a Mage and I was hooked Grin

Min - what a stupid cow!! Hmm Ha! That's pretty damn slapdash. Surely the first thing you do is check the notes to see how far along someone is?? Exciting that mat leave is so soon - two more weeks! Grin

Rpopz - that would definitely have got my preg rage up Shock Did you have words? How come he's not doing the antenatal classes with you?
Definitely worth having a proper chat about how he sees his role with the baby once they arrive... Being at work sounds like the easy job when there's a new born around, so make sure he gets that!!

I had a chat with DH the other day about his role in labour... as in the fact that he needs to be the one calling the shots and being assertive coz I won't be in a fit state! He was like erm, but how will I know what to do?? He totally knows, he just sucks at asserting himself, so hoping he'll step up on the day. I think he will...

I dreamt about wow last night but I'm not logging on, I'm not!! I've told DH not to let me cos I'd play far too much lol

Nessalina · 30/10/2014 12:51

Haha! You will cave eventually - mwahahahaha Wink

ZylaB · 30/10/2014 13:16

It's my birthday in a couple of weeks and DH has been asking what I want. I've no idea!! I've been so focussed on the little one and trying to make sure she's ok and looking up stuff for her that I haven't even thought.

Anyone got any cool ideas I can tell him?? :)

JuniDD · 30/10/2014 15:27

hi all!

re men in labour - MrJ isn't the most assertive of men but he stepped right up when I needed him to.

rpopz sorry mrR is being a dick. I hope he sorts his life out.

I am completely fine now & so is DD, we're enjoying being home a lot. I remember wil saying to me before, while you're going through it you just go with it but after it's a bit Confused. But as they say, she's all worth it.

If I could have a present now I'd have a pedicure zyla. Or a pregnancy massage (for you obvs!)? I had one towards the end which was lovely.

JuniDD · 30/10/2014 15:28

Oh yeah, meant to say, turns out my community midwife had pretty much the same experience as me so it's been good to chat about it with her. Smile

ZylaB · 30/10/2014 15:45

Hey juni glad you're both fine! How are baby cuddles?

Preg massage or spa thingy sounds like an idea, I might mention it to him, he keeps saying I fret too much so it light help lol :)

laurenamium · 30/10/2014 15:54

Good that everything's going well Juni Grin

Zyla after DD I struggled to get out for a hair cut. So for me it would be a hair cut and a facial! Just make sure you ring ahead for a spa thing before booking because there's lots of treatments they won't do to pregnant people. A body massage off a stranger is my idea of hell but I heard lots of people like them Grin

BothersomeB · 30/10/2014 16:35

Oooo, all that talk of pelvic floors has made me come over all queasy...well, more queasy - nearly vommed stacking the dishwasher this morning and have had to change reading material from 'all creatures great and small' when James Herriot had to re-insert a cow's uterus.

Sorry to all who are having DH issues. I'll be interested to see how mine reacts as we go along. Last time (MC last year - this will be our 1st DC), he was more shocked and terrified to find out the news...he said 'could you not have found a better time to tell me??' - we were in bed on a Sunday morning with no plans...when exactly would have been a better time? Then he spent a lot of time saying things like 'you can't complain about anything - this was your idea'...in contrast, this time around, he's had a big slopping grin on his face since I told him and last night I came home to a huge bunch of Flowers 'to say thank you for having my baby'...massive about turn, no? Think it just took him a while (just a year!) to get used to the idea. We shall see...

Thought I was eating 'normally' until last night when I found myself making my own 'dip' out of peanut butter and sweet chilli sauce...bloody lovely with kettle chips and a squeeze of lime...

freshstart4us · 30/10/2014 16:39

Zyla I am also in the pedicure, facial or massage camp. A haircut is a rare and special occasion too! Or a new handbag.... But then I have a shoe/bag addiction, so even though I now rarely use the pretty ones, I still covet beautiful leathergoods. Wink

RPopz fx that your DH has an epiphany. Selfishness and parenting is highly imcompatible I'm afraid, he will be in for one helluva shock and adjustment when your precious bundle arrives.

Juni I am so very happy to hear you are both well after such an ordeal, and that you have someone to talk it through with. Flowers

TheBooMonster · 30/10/2014 17:06

Might have to go back to wow... just for a month...

Had 16 week appointment today, all went well, heard babied heartbeat, as did DD much to her confusion, Have been told that if I'm not induced my midwife will try and get me a birthing pool guaranteed! She reckons I probably won't be able to use the MLBU because of drugs needed by IV for active third stage labour, but doesn't see why I couldn't have the birthing pool in the normal suite, which is a result! DH will not be impressed, he's going to have to buy trunks evil laugh

ZylaB · 30/10/2014 17:11

Thanks for the suggestions! I a,ready have too many rather a lot of nice bags so might look into special pg day at a spa to try and chill out, I'll set DH off on it :)

RPopz · 30/10/2014 17:32

He did come to antenatal classes Ness, he's not that naughty Smile It was just a rush and not really time together iyswim. Thanks for the kind words ladies Smile Sorry for whinging on!

Go Mr J for stepping up when you were in labour Juni Grin Glad you're all happy and healthy at home Smile

I would kill for a massage right now Zyla - do it Smile

Nessalina · 30/10/2014 17:43

Oh good! Well at least he's well informed! Smile

I finished the stickers! Grin

Hello chatty chatters, have been madly busy at work so lots to catch up on here. Oh lord, the pelvic floor traumas of pregnancy and birth. I badly need to start doing my kegels before I start seeing the physio in a few weeks. My pelvic floor was pretty much ruined by DS coming out and I'm quite scared of how it'll end up this time round, may end up buying nappies for myself as well as baby Sad. Ha ha, with immaculate timing, I just did a big sneeze and wet myself. Oh deeeeeaaar!

splodge77 · 30/10/2014 17:47

Ooh ness! looks lovely!

Minion · 30/10/2014 18:07

Lovely ness, so cute!
Haha fresh, yep that's my bladder!
Babies def moved. Pokes going on at 12 and 6 (if belly was a clock) and look much more bumpy today, is it however, holding a rave for one at the moment.. Mental seeing belly jerk all over.
I reckon it's Twerking!
