Just Shagging Grads thread No.13 for upduffed viroids!

Nessalina · 06/10/2014 07:46

Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 13th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed! Grin

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 29th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy! Grin

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates! It's a bit quiet at the moment, but with all these upduffed viroids hopefully it won't be for long!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

So, roll call below please, viroids! Smile

Spill Tee, in what way interesting? My MIL is totally normal so I am always intrigued by the stories on here.

BTW has anyone read the thread about the woman who had to go for dinner with her bf's father? Just Shock .

JuniDD · 12/10/2014 13:42

wil I started reading that thread and then gave up, tbh. Just don't go! And god knows why the boyf a) puts up with it and b) wants them to meet. Maybe I'm too blunt with my family but if anyone spoke like that I'd be giving them a piece of my mind.

My MIL was a nightmare...but then she died so that made life a lot easier. She was so nasty when my SIL was pg. Kept going on about how fat she was behind her back etc. Very glad I don't have to see her in my current state!

Transverse sounds good ness! Halfway there. This little one ain't moving, the placenta is anterior so I imagine there's a bit of a block. Meant to say before, wil & pis thanks for being so reassuring, I'm having the odd meltdown about it and I've got to remember I can't do any more. What will be will be.

Had a massive Toni Braxton in my mum's car earlier & thought I was going to piss myself. May have to start travelling with a maternity mat. Wink

wilmabedrock · 12/10/2014 13:51

Haha oh dear Juni, you'll be needing waterproof sheets, not the baby!

Sometimes it's better to be less informed I think.

Have you not read what happened when she went round then? Not 100% convinced it's true as it's so bad, but her FIL at one point asked her something like if she liked sex with his son or if she preferred anal...

JuniDD · 12/10/2014 13:55

Shock Not a million miles away from something my MIL might have said after a drink or two tbh. Did the OP walk out? Sometimes I feel a bit sad DP's family don't bother much with us but then sometimes I'm like...PHEW.

I have been sleeping on a mat (under sheets) but it's so sweaty, the bed will have to take its chances from now on. Ended up sleeping in the nuddy last night I was boiling!

wilmabedrock · 12/10/2014 14:05

I was warm last night too. Oh jeez your MIL sounds a bit scary! Yeah she did leave after her bf and his dad started singing a song about different words for female genitalia. I think she has probably dumped him by now.

laurenamium · 12/10/2014 14:11

Shock And Grin about the genatalia song! Ill have to look for that thread later! Currently at a child's party...the second one of the day. And I can't even have wine later for a reward!

RPopz · 12/10/2014 14:52

Haha, is a maternity mat what I think it is? Hmm Pregnancy is so glamorous!

WTF is this thread?? Need to go find it don't I... I usually only come on here now to look at the jsing Fred's. Everywhere else is too scary!

wilmabedrock · 12/10/2014 15:27

I'll try to find it again.

RPopz · 12/10/2014 15:37

This nursery furniture ain't happening. Mothercare have sent us something someone else has already tried to assemble, failed miserably and returned! It's fucked!! Angry

wilmabedrock · 12/10/2014 15:38

I can't link to it on the app. It's in AIBU and is called something about not wanting to meet or knowing how to handle this sexist arse.

wilmabedrock · 12/10/2014 15:40

Popz, that's awful. Mothercare are a bundle of wankers. Grin

RPopz · 12/10/2014 15:48

After the fucking palava we've had with them this week, I'm inclined to agree Wil!!

Minion · 12/10/2014 17:18

Evening all!
In laws just left so am currently trying to relax my back in a nice hot, (not too hot of course) bath.
I have self diagnosed myself with mild pgp. Joy of joys so I'll be ringing up my friendly (hardly) local docs receptionist tomorrow to get some sympathy.
That's shit about the furniture popz, I hope you gave them what for!

Supposed to be meeting my mate in town Tomorrow for afternoon tea, I don't think I can make it that far without sweat and tears, I'm going to have to cancel, I'm a shit friend.
Right, off to find that aibu!

FurryScoob · 12/10/2014 17:28

I've had problems with mothercare too, sent them a snotty email & got a £30 evoucher!

rpopz if its the padstow furniture your DP's building he will need alcohol, the instructions are shite!

Sounds like AIBU might be worth a look, must be more interesting than the football that's appeared on my tv.

RPopz · 12/10/2014 17:32

He's currently raging over the changing table/ drawers furry .... Grin The wardrobe is totally fucked and going back. I actually feel a bit sorry for him, he's been at it all day. I'd offer to help but he won't let me. Will have to dole out a blowie later I reckon.

Couldn't get into that AIBU... got distracted by the one about the OPs filthy house!!

You're not a bad friend Min ... I was only thinking this week how I need to start saying no to people. This shit is knackering!! Hope the docs sort you out tomorrow x

RPopz · 12/10/2014 17:33

And we did indeed give Mothercare what for... not that they could give a shit!

FurryScoob · 12/10/2014 17:43

I had a strop at the same thing rpopz had to take the bloody thing down after screwing stuff in back to front! DP has no patients & can't build flat pack furniture so I had no need to reward him after it was built Grin

RPopz · 12/10/2014 17:51

Ha! That's exactly what he just did!! Apparently the instructions are not clear....

wilmabedrock · 12/10/2014 18:05

May have to dole out a blowie Grin Grin

FurryScoob · 12/10/2014 18:22

Yep, I think by the time I got to putting it back together bump had learnt a few swear words & mothercare got full force of my anger!

Nessalina · 12/10/2014 18:25

How frustrating!!! Bloody flat packs. It doesn't help that my DH always tries to do it without the instructions first Hmm
Wil - I know just how you feel, my pelvic pain has been loads worse lately, I'm just a big couch potato! Take it easy & invite friends over to yours! Smile

OP posts:
TheBooMonster · 12/10/2014 18:36

I'm joining in with the pelvic pain club, I had to go onto checkouts in the end today as I was in agony and getting seriously stressed about all the things I'm not allowed to do in my department now that I am upduffed (health and safety is doing my head in now!)

My glitter rage might actually have left a lasting impression, new lady avoided me where possible all day...

Minion · 12/10/2014 18:41

Friend is all good with me! I text her and let her know, bless her she said my health comes first and she hasn't had a day to herself since doing some longhaul so was quite relieved both she and I get to stay in bed all day!
I loves her!
And you lot x x x

TheBooMonster · 12/10/2014 18:53

Yay min glad to hear your friend was all good about you not being able to make it! Some of mine have assumed me to be pretty much housebound and just come to me, unfortunately it means I spend forever panic cleaning the house so it works out more exhausting and painful in the long run >.

FurryScoob · 12/10/2014 20:00

We just doing the birth plan ready for tomorrow's midwife appointment, DP has decided he will decide on the day if he's gonna stay with me if any interventions like forceps or c section are needed. Possibly leaving me terrified & on my own if things start to go wrong.
He insists I'm looking on the bad side of everything & shouldn't worry about stuff that might not happen.
He's taking the ostrich approach to the birth plan & insists the baby will just pop out after a couple hours labour.
Angry ggggrrrrrrr bloody men.
