Morning everyone

Slightly - I'm so sorry for your loss. Look after yourself and take your time to recover from this.

NoRoom - I know it's easier said than done, but try to be positive. It sounds like you're being well looked after. You must have got such a fright. We are all here.
Thinking of everyone who's having a hard time today xx

jazzyjenbo · 27/09/2014 09:10

Slightlyconfused.. I'm so sorry to hear if your loss, please take care of yourself.

Natalie.. Try ringing local hospital and speaking to gyne assessment unit as epu is prob closed. You am not get a scan until monday now, i hope all turns out well.

Costa.. Hope the scan goes well today, how many weeks are you? If our beans are sticky we'll hav to meet up for a costa!! It would b rude not to seen as we live within 3 miles of each other!.. I'm in bury this afternoon shopping, need a dress for my sisters hen party nxt weekend.

Catnap1 · 27/09/2014 09:48

Morning ladies, sorry to hear of others losses try and keep positive.

I am not the proud auntie baby boy born yesterday :) can't wait for cuddles later. Hope this pregnancy goes full term they would be so close in age would be lovely.

I'm really suffering with morning sickness this time not actually being sick but feeling sick most of the time, sore boobs, burping (nice) and so tired & lethargic. Just took the dog for a 3 mile walk & that felt like a major effort!

Got my early scan on Tuesday (8 weeks) just want to know that everything's ok. Whoever thought pregnancy could be so unsettling gone of the days thinking you had sex fell pregnant and had a baby!!!

TinyDancer01 · 27/09/2014 10:47

So sorry for your loss slightlyconfused. Take care x

Hope you can find someone to help you out Natalie so you can get checked out at hospital.

mumxof3x · 27/09/2014 10:57

Hi, may I join please? Ive been lurking not brave enough to post until now.

I am 24years old, due my 4th baby on the 17th of may. I have 3 boys my oldest is nearly 6, my second is 3.5yrs and my youngest is 14 months (tommorow) this pregnancy was a massive shock.

I am so sorry to the ladies who have suffered losses x

CostaLotta · 27/09/2014 12:48

Just got back from my scan. By LMP I should be 6+5, but by scan she said 5+2. There was a gestational sac and yolk sac which is right for 5 weeks. I got my BFP on CD 36 so I guess there is every chance that I ovulated and conceived late that cycle. Just feel very deflated and scared that I will miscarry. Going back next week for another scan and she said should be able to see a heartbeat then. Fingers crossed.

Snooky17 · 27/09/2014 13:02

Try not to worry Costa I ovulate early and I got my bfp cd24, seeing a gestational sac and yolk sac is good news, I know it's easy to be scared but just think you can cross ectopic off your list of things to worry about, crossing my fingers for you

Natalie1989xo · 27/09/2014 13:33

Waiting at the hospital now, urine test has come back as negative so bloods have been done to look at hormone levels. still in A&E, they may just send me home and not scan me Sad

mumxof3x · 27/09/2014 13:35

I had a scan last pregnancy they said there was only a sac and it was measuring 5weeks which I knew was about right, anyway 2weeks later I went for a re scan which there was the hb etc on that time, but then he said your 6wks I knew that was impossible as 2wks prior the scan put me at 5 wk and my positive test would have been way too early, anyhow when I went back for my 12wk scan everything was fine and it put me back forward again...early scans can be unreliable for some people with dates etc. Hope you are ok xx

mumxof3x · 27/09/2014 13:36

Really sorry to hear that natalie Thanks xx

fififolle · 27/09/2014 15:25

I've found today's nausea cure...M&S Belgian chocolate covered raisins!
Not many left now Blush

Natalie1989xo · 27/09/2014 15:58

Back home now, hcg levels are very low, I have a scan to confirm miscarriage on Tuesday. All sorts of emotions here right now. Sad

I wish you all a happy and healthy few months and I am grateful for the support on here from you lovely ladies xx

fififolle · 27/09/2014 16:08

Natalie so sorry to hear your news and apologies about the timing of my last post- I hadn't read up on today's events.
I'm glad that you managed to get some help today, it's a shame that you have a couple of days to wait until the scan. Take care xx

Turquoisetamborine · 27/09/2014 16:36

Natalie I hope it goes as quickly as possible and you are pregnant again soon. Hugs hon.

Welcome mumof3.

I'm going back to bed now after my restless night. Only at work on Monday then off the rest of the week and apart from school pickup j can just sleep. Bliss.

KittyVonCatsington · 27/09/2014 16:44

Sending you the biggest virtual hug I can Natalie ((((((((((hugs)))))))))

CostaLotta · 27/09/2014 16:49

So sorry Natalie, big hugs and hope you are being looked after.

CostaLotta · 27/09/2014 16:51

So sorry to hear your news natalie Look after yourself.

Welcome mumof3.

Thanks for the suggestions on the booze front last night ladies, I caved and told her in the end. A, because she asked me to be her bridesmaid ( so wanted to check she wasn't getting married in next 8 months) B, there was talks about going for cocktails dancing etc and I was shattered and had stomach pains again so wanted to tell the truth rather than being a party pooper. She was thrilled for us so was nice to talk to her about it.

So DP has just bought me some non alcoholic lager fosters radler? Anyone tried them and I know this is a stupid questions but, I'm assuming non alcoholic beer is all fine to drink when PG?

Titsalinabumsquash · 27/09/2014 17:55

Sorry for your loss Natalie, be gentle with yourself. Thanks

I am in a flipping hormonal, foul, weepy mood today Hmm

I have been craving a few minutes peace to myself to just be but instead I've had to amuse DS3 while DP was doing DIY, DS3 spent the day dive bombing my stomach so I've been on edge protecting it and trying to catch him every five seconds.

DP declared a sorting day so has been on DS1&2's back all day about getting their room spotlessly clean and tidy, which meant a day of moaning and groaning.

His answer to me saying, I'm not up to planning/cooking dinner is always takeaway, which I'm fine with on occasion but we're meant to be saving money and trying not to undo the year so far of dieting and losing weight, plus I don't want the kids eating junk everyday.

So instead I've had to go and cook them all omelettes whilst feeling tired enough to drop any second and nauseous.
All the time all 3 kids (and DP) are play fighting in the front room, trashing it after me spending an hour blitzing it and shrieking at the top of their voices.

I've had a strop, chucked 3 plates of omelette on the dining table and told them I'm going upstairs for a rest and if anyone come in within 30 minutes I'll scream.Blush

Now I'm sobbing, why do I feel so bloody angry all the time?! I hate it.
I'm really struggling with getting the whole dinner/food shop/cooking thing together atm, it can't go on like this. The only tine we eat veg is if it's salad bunged in a sandwich for lunch and I'm spending £££ everyday buying easy, convenience meals to feed the kids and leaving DP to sort his own food out while I nibble on toast mainly.

It doesn't help that despite the 12 hours sleep I'm getting every night I'm still knackered.

Turquoisetamborine · 27/09/2014 18:20

Hopefully this tiredness stage will pass by the end of the first trimester Tits. I don't feel sick and I'm being lazy enough with cooking. I couldn't be bothered with the food shopping today so I chucked random things in the trolley. Couldn't even be bothered with marks and Spencer's for easy food. Luckily we went out for lunch so won't need much tea.

Costa stay positive. You are pregnant today xx

Justyouwaitandsee · 27/09/2014 18:30

Hi Tits - my DH is the same. Very quick to fall back on the takeaway option. Have made sure we have a freezer full of easy food - chicken goujons, kievs, portions of mince -and plenty of jackets and salad stuff. Stuff he is happy cooking. This has kept us going over the past few weeks.

The last couple of days (I am now 9 wks + 1) the sickness seems to have subsided. Hoping it stays that way!

d0ttyne11 · 27/09/2014 18:31

Hi,

I'm late in joining this thread but wasn't sure of EDD really until yesterday. Now I'm 7 + 2 with my first pregnancy so have everything crossed things go smoothly from here.

Some v helpful advice, insights and talk boards on MN so I'm glad I've joined up. Feeling permanently hungover which isn't much fun, but hoping this will pass. Albeit, it may take a while!

Anyway, best wishes to all of you. At this early stage before friends & family know, it's lovely to have somewhere to go & see others are in a similar place.

Dot xx

Deftones · 27/09/2014 19:12

Hi Dot, welcome and congratulations Smile

So sorry, Natalie, please take care of yourself Thanks

Costa, everything crossed for you Thanks

I've burst into tears 4 times today Confused I rarely cry, hate having little control over emotions. I've noted my nausea starts at 4:30pm and lasts till I fall asleep. It's actually perfect timing as I finish work and school run at 4pm so I'm home before I feel AWFUL!

Hope you all have a lovely Saturday night, DH is cooking me a mild curry, smells divine despite the waves of nausea Confused

Sunshinesaz86 · 27/09/2014 19:25

Welcome dotty.

Sorry your having a tough day tits. I hope u manage to get your five minutes peace. There's only me and DP so far so I can't imagine running around after everyone.

Sorry your also having an emotional day deftones, enjoy your curry and have a relaxing evening.
