Lady that does sound like a really vivid dream. I always get really weird dreams in pregnancy. Not looking forward to the start of those (apart from the really vivid sex dreamsSmile).

Glad I'm not the only one who keeps thinking cm is blood!

CareBearWithFangs · 20/08/2014 18:03

And is anyone else extra clumsy? I have fallen over and stubbed my toes so many times today! I think I need a good sit down.

LadyNovember · 20/08/2014 18:17

I'm not super clumsy carebear but I am so stupid right now..keep forgetting things etc.

The other morning I knew I needed to open my foundation bottle because it's almost out, so spend like 5 minutes forcing it open, finally it flew apart and splodged long-wear foundation all over my cream carpet.. Then after picking it up and cleaning the carpet (unsuccessfully) I discovered I had actually opened the wrong one..it was my darker shade and was practically full. Wanted to shoot myself in the head haha Confused

Can I play too? I had to go off my ovulation date as my periods were a bit mad! Nothing official but guestimating April 24!
Grin

ladyflower23 · 20/08/2014 18:41

I've been having weird dreams too. Last night I dreamt that Tom Hanks died of a heart attack at the super bowl. Not baby related but weird. Hope it wasn't a premonition. Tom's awesome. Still no booking in or scan appointment dates. What the frick! Going to run out of time at this rate.
cinnoman my age gap will be 3.5 if all goes well so glad to hear you found it a good one Smile

LadyNovember · 20/08/2014 18:42

Oh dear, SquattingNeville. Sending you hugs and Flowers and ginger biscuits! Feel better soon xx

lila35 · 20/08/2014 18:43

I am feeling quite clumsy to, Yesterday dp asked why my sunglasses were in the bin ( who knows??!) and I have been dropping things everywhere!! I generally just feel bleeuugghhhhh, tired but not sleeping properly now and when the nausea has decided its here to stay it hangs around whatever I do.

I'm with you on the cm, its driving me crazy!

My tummy is also really bloated and a client today commented on my little tummy, I think its all the chocolate I ate to get through Ivf and the 2 week wait but she convinced me it had a rounder feel, eeeekkkk I'm only 8 weeks on friday!!!

We also went out for a curry last night and I didnt even get halfway through before I was fuller than I have ever felt before, it was rather embarrassing....

At least i am actually feeling pg now, and trying to trust my mc rate is low, otherwise I'll be gutted that I didn't try and enjoy this early stage.

LadyNovember · 20/08/2014 18:44

I dreamt I was pregnant about a week before I found out, ladyflower23 so definitely hope your dream isn't as accurate as mine turned out to be!! Wink

CatRen27 · 20/08/2014 19:09

Welcome to the newbies and congratulations! Sorry to hear about the ms people are experiencing. I'm feeling a bit better after my stomach virus (eew) but still a bit queasy.

I woke up at 4am this morning feeling hot and cold - are others getting flushes?? Really cold in the office today and had people asking if I'm unwell. Eek.

Had to tell my boss I've got a "health issue that needs monitoring" to avoid another trip to Africa... It's not really a lie is it??!

Scan on 15th sep and booking appointment next Tuesday. Things are moving!

cinnamongreyhound · 20/08/2014 20:37

Congratulations mswibble and Katec15!

I'm the same with lots of cm, have relaxed a bit about running to the loo but always have a careful check when I go for a wee, funny how paranoid we all are really!

Still nothing from my midwife, will leave it until I come back from my holiday I think then call the gp as I'll be just over 8 weeks then.

tryinghard2 · 20/08/2014 20:38

I think everyone at work has guessed but are being polite about it...bugger!

Carebear yes I am very very clumsy! I drop everything.
I've not been eating very much this week :( just don't feel like it...very strange for me! :)
CatRen I am also very cold.

Booking in appt is next Friday! It's gone quickly and slowly at the same time...hurry up!

I'm glad other people are feeling cold! I'm bloody freezing!!
I've had to be under the winter blankets to watch the TV and I've got my slippers on! Unheard of in summer for me!

Phryn · 20/08/2014 21:22

Also feeling hot and cold - sometimes in reletively quick succession. I'm quite clumsy normally but it's gone up a gear even for me (dropping things, managing to stumble but not fall over my own feet). Really hope that calms down or I'll be a liability to myself! Sad

ChickenMe · 20/08/2014 21:23

CareBearWithFangs your name made me laugh. Yep I've had loads of CM and had to keep checking. I am alternating between being uber articulate and talking loads to being stupid, unable to think of words and forgetting things!
I was getting weird dreams before I missed my period!
Lila I am 8 weeks Friday too. Belly is bloated out. Just about managing with normal clothes atm.

BitchPeas · 20/08/2014 21:34

I'm getting hot and cold in quick succession. And so irrationally irritable! Poor DP Blush

Cheesy carbs are my friend at the moment, my symptoms are stronger and I POA clear blue digi thing and it said 3+ which has made me feel better as it's gone up from last week and I'm 6 weeks on Saturday. Scan is exactly 2 weeks today, time is gona drag.

Cake and Brew for everyone feeling a little fragile.

yorkshirelass82 · 20/08/2014 21:51

Sorry, abit off topic but Cinnamon - are you still running BTW? After posting about it (feels like ages ago!) I haven't run since, just cos I've been feeling too nauseous and fear will induce hurling if im bobbing up and down!! Plus I'm not able to play for my netball team after week 12 so prob need to find something else...anyone else exercising and if so what are you doing? (I'm not an exercise fiend BTW, just like to keep fit for socialising and stress relief)

tryinghard2 · 20/08/2014 21:51

Is everyone who is having an early scan booking it privately? I've seen lots online about 6-7 weeks ultrasounds but I think it is from America. Is the booking in appt just talking or do they listen for a heartbeat?

LadyNovember · 20/08/2014 21:54

I can't stop reading about mc statistics etc. Completely convinced something is gonna go wrong and can't seem to get a grip! Angry sort me out ladies Blush

ladyflower23 · 20/08/2014 22:01

I'm freezing too!! Is a symptom or just coz the weather's got colder?? Crying at Undercover Boss. It's so good...

BananaToast · 20/08/2014 22:04

BitchPeas I also did a digi test today and it's gone up to 2-3 weeks which fits my estimate of 4+3.

I was feeling very happy yesterday and today with my spotting finally having stopped but just had a hint of pale brown discharge when I wiped. Really hope it doesn't start up again, it was nice not worrying as much for a day or two!

ladyflower23 · 20/08/2014 22:06

Tryinghard i seem to remember it's mostly blood tests and health questions at booking in. I think it's about 16 weeks they start listening for the heart beat. Think it's very difficult to find before then.
Ladynovember!! Step away from Google he is not your friend! The stats seem scary but actually they are in your favour. I know it's hard to see it like that though...
