I've just managed to scare myself silly.

I'm doing a course at the end of the week on resuscitation in neonates (work placement in paediatrics from August till I finish, so not just being silly and over thinking) and been reading the manual tonight. There's a lot of horrid things that don't happen very often that I now have floating through my head

Am going to stick to things like mummy laid an egg from now on, I think!

Will probably need moral support on Thursday for the practical course!

Ok - cat update: the bird is dead, there are feathers everywhere on the patio and in my flower beds (MYYYY flowerbeds, how bloody dare you??) and the bird's mate is grieving on the garden table, twittering away. Cat is going mental wanting to come back in but dh and I are scared for life. Plus she has a feather stuck in her whiskers, so we just can't. Bet she has bird-breath. Yikes.

I am starting to feel properly sick now. Almost chundered on the bus earlier :( Also I have apparently started being a noisy bugger in my sleep, something I never used to do! DH tells me that last night I said "You're The Flash!", then about half an hour later started laughing to myself. Must have been an awesome dream.

I've just come back from visiting relatives and caught up with you all. You are all joining a fb group! I don't know if I can...I'm worried about outing myself as Dp doesn't know I use these forums and is a very private man..

I'm still waiting for a booking in appt. When I phoned last week they told me they had got my gp referral and they would be in touch. I'm 10 weeks and going on holiday next week for 2 weeks so will be 13 by the time I get home.

I don't want to annoy them by phoning again but if I don't see anyone this week I wont have had my appt let alone my scan before 13 weeks!
