Broody it's completely private so no one outside of the group can even see the group exists let alone what goes on in it. You can also adjust your privacy settings so that only people you are fiends with can see your profile, that means that people in the group will only be able to see your name and profile pic.

Oi! How have I managed to miss 5 pages in 1 day?! Had to stay off MN yesterday (mostly) due to feeling too ill to even attempt reading, but I'm feeling a bit better today >touch wood< and I come back to find I've missed 5 pages and a new Facebook group!

I really want to join but I think I'll need to reinstate my personal FB thingymabob again before you will find me (only have FB for work really, but happy to go back in as myself if it means I can keep up with the dragonny fun ). On a food related subject, I have a really cheesy pepperoni pizza in the oven (made on gluten free tiger bread - mmmm!) and I'm far too excited about eating it. I'm sure it's not normal to get this excited about food...

Decided I want a few slices of cucumber to go with my gooey yummy pizza. Is that my inner preggosaurus calling, or am I just odd?

Spotti - gluten free tiger bread? Is there really such a thing? Does it smell and taste as good as the real one and where can I get it? This makes me SO excited! New gf foods are always so exciting (but often disappointing).

Tescos said so...i nabbed the last loaf in our local (it was new AND on offer) but I'm sure the other ones will sell it. It's an Udi's loaf. Very nice ...especially as pizza . Will have to try it later with just margarine on to give it the proper 'bread test' but for now, it gets the thumbs up from me !

(It's not the cheapest though at about £3.00 a loaf BUT it has the smell and the chewy crust of proper tiger bread which is quite unusual for GF bread so it's still getting high marks)

Dilemma ladies... we are currently moving departments at work and one of my bosses was saying earlier that we will all be helping to move boxes etc. These are pretty hefty boxes. Should I excuse myself from lifting them or is it ok at 7 weeks?
If I shouldn't be lifting them, how do I approach this without outing myself?! Boss is terrible at keeping secrets and would tell everyone if I had to tell him I was pregnant!

MrSpotti also found me a stash of reduced Sundried Tomato bagels...they're safely stashed away in the freezer, ready for when I fancy a nibble...

I think I need to start shopping at your tesco Spotti! Saying that I've been using Sainsburys recently as their hire rolls are pretty good. Will have to try tesco again.

Hanflan-you could google to check but I don't think there is any link with miscarriage and lifting so you should be fine. I carried on lifting heavy things but at 7-9 weeks the ms was at its worst and I could barely move. Or you could say your back is hurting and only take the light ones. Start moaning now to set the scene.

I would go back back ache too. Say you have had a slipped disk and it comes back when lifting. And since you dont want to be off for 6 months you'll just direct boxes haha
