RPopz Don't talk to me about penises, if it came near me I might chop it off the mood I am in.

It was poking me in the back this morning about 5am. I got up and went into the spare room. DH came in when he got up at half 6 and asked what I was doing in there. 'Just felt like it' was my snippy reply, not opening my eyes!

It must be hormonal but how long will it last? Confused

Might have to have another Magnum ice cream to soothe my frayed nerves.

RPopz · 11/06/2014 20:11

Love Magnums. Have you tried the new mint ones? O..M..G.. Grin

LuluJakey1 · 11/06/2014 20:22

Am eating Marc De Champagne ones tonight. Very yummy.

LuluJakey1 · 11/06/2014 20:23

However, feel I should take your advice and try the mint ones. Will buy some tomorrow night as an interested consumer.

ChineseFireball · 11/06/2014 20:35

English I'm so sorry for your loss Sad please look after yourself Thanks

ChineseFireball · 11/06/2014 20:41

Blizy jolly good news for you. glad the bean is doing well Smile

Nothing to add really. Slightly less nauseous but every so often it comes back with a vengeance. DS isn't sleeping well so everyone is shattered!

Sorry for moaning! It's not that bad really. I'll be glad to start glowing, mind you Smile

11+4 (6 days til scan and I'm getting nervous)

RPopz · 11/06/2014 20:42

Well mint is good for nausea Lulu so it would be purely medicinal.... Grin

Dec2013mummy · 11/06/2014 20:58

chinese I feel your pain, all I do is moan so moan away. Ds isn't sleeping either as he has a virus and is teething. He has woken up 6 times already tonight. Another long one I think!!
So sorry to hear your news english. Sending you a big hug Thanks

ViviPru · 11/06/2014 21:24

OBEM time yay

Monstamio · 11/06/2014 21:31

I'm watching too! That first lady was amazing!

Saraswati · 11/06/2014 21:31

I've cried already watching OBEM (pregnant fail)

ViviPru · 11/06/2014 21:34

I'm on delay so can skip through the ads... "Awroight moi luvver" gotta love the Bristolian accent!!

ViviPru · 11/06/2014 21:36

OMG I'm bibbing at the backstory. I'm a wreck.

Saraswati · 11/06/2014 21:38

They were a lovely couple, he was so caring. That's the kind of birth I'd want (the edited 2 minute tv version, I imagine it was longer in rl!)

ViviPru · 11/06/2014 21:40

Haha yeah gimme the 2 minute edit, that sounds super

sunshineandbiscuits · 11/06/2014 21:49

English so sorry to hear your sad news. Look after yourself.

Today is the first day when I have felt sick All Day. Bleugh. None of my tried and tested nausea techniques seem to work. I'm 9+6 today so this must be that 9-10 week hormone surge you guys were talking about.

Not watching OBEM I'm afraid. DW is not a fan, we're sticking to DVDs of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Enjoy!

HenriettaTurkey · 11/06/2014 22:16

English Thanks. So sorry.

Today I popped my vomit cherry. Have taken cyclizine religiously and tried so hard, but it wasn't stopping it this evening. Trying to remain calm and remind myself that it's perfectly normal to be sick every now & then and doesn't mean instant onset of HG. HG is so traumatic, though, that it does leave emotional scars... Early night & lots of sleep for me.

ilovelamp78 · 11/06/2014 23:54

Lulu- I just noticed there is a full moon tonight. Maybe that is what is making you ragey?!? ;)

ilove Still feel the same this morning Sad

I hate this. Usually, we are so 'together' and happy-he drives me mad occasionally but I never feel like this. Am struggling to smile about it today.

Poor DH! I will try to give him a hug when he comes downstairs.

KeepOnPloddingOn · 12/06/2014 06:43

mad ouch!!! Did he go back to sleep? My dd is waking up 5-6 everyday ... I just try and get to bed super early

Ikkleme · 12/06/2014 06:53

Really not been feeling pg lately :-( had my booking in on sat and got scan date yesterday (7th July) but feel as though something's not right I have had a sore stomach last night and through the night (like iffy belly aches but without the unpleasantness) anyone think I should get checked out? I'm a worrier at the best of times

Bugaboom · 12/06/2014 06:55

My ds woke at 4 yesterday, managed to get him off for another hour but he wanted up at 5. I ended up putting cbeebies on my phone for him while I tried to get another half hour. Not a habit I want him to get used but some mornings needs must.

Bugaboom · 12/06/2014 06:56

Ikkle, it's probably nothing to worry about but why not call EPU for some reassurance
