Just Shagging Grads Thread 9 - Roll Up, Roll Up all you graduated Viroids!

HungryHorace · 07/06/2014 21:41

Welcome to the 9th grads thread...celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed. :-)

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 24th outing!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

For those not in the know, a viroid is an autocorrected version of 'ladies' from the 1st JS thread, which then stuck.

So, roll call below please, viroids. :-)

Haha that's ok then, I've not got a bad punch Wink .

Aw that's lovely when you finally get a wee moment like that. I sometimes look at MiniWil and I just want to eat her up, she's so lovely. Which I would never say out loud to anyone else.

RPopz · 26/06/2014 21:45

Natures good ennit Wink

JuniDD · 26/06/2014 22:00

Awww, minion that's lovely. Smile

Well, I used to watch OBEM back in the day. It has changed! This episode has been about 70% people wanging on about not being losers anymore, 10% grown women bringing Barbies into work and 20% actual birth. Think I'm glad I'm not going to Southmead...

I think I may be a bit grumpy tonight!

Nessalina · 26/06/2014 22:20

I haven't quite had an epiphany yet myself, it's more like my little one is growing on me gradually. I've tried not to let myself get head over heels just yet, and to be honest, I'm getting a bit scared about the whole thing, like I'm suddenly not sure that I'm ready for this!! I've no doubt that when he's born he will be the light of my life, but right now, I'm feeling hot, stressed, and very uncomfortable, and it's not conducive to warm feelings! I feel a bit guilty really, but I'm hoping it's normal for these things to take time...

fluffymouse · 26/06/2014 23:50

Grads, anyone gone for a private viability scan in London? Any recommendations?

Minion · 27/06/2014 05:46

Oh Ness scared is the very next feeling waiting in the wings, I feel that may come on soon enough x
I know it's still early so I probably shouldn't let myself get in over my head, but Eeek....

wilhelmeaner · 27/06/2014 05:55

Sorry Fluffy, no clue. Maybe start a thread on the antenatal tests or pregnancy boards?

I see you're up too Min. Nothing like a 5am wake up on your day off Envy

So bloated today. Can't wait to feel a wee wriggler in there, still feeling as if I've made the whole thing up.

Minion · 27/06/2014 06:36

Yep the insomnia is back wil, it went away for a while but sadly the departure wasn't permenant. Sigh.
Ahh the bloated bit... Fat pants all round anyone! You think you look all pregnant, then it goes. Then you get a real belly and realise you'd looked naff all like a pg lady, more like one who'd snaffled 4 eclairs for breakfast.
Or was that just me?

wilhelmeaner · 27/06/2014 06:47

Ha yeah I def don't look pg, just flabby. I wonder does the flab hide the bump a bit? When the bump goes hard, what happens to the flabby bits? I was thin before my first pg so I'm not sure. I guess it gets stretched so kind of thins out. Sorry folks, these are the mad ramblings of someone severely lacking in sleep and who possibly isn't getting enough oxygen!

Re the insomnia, bloody annoying isn't it? You think the sleepless nights start when the baby actually arrives.

Nessalina · 27/06/2014 07:47

I think it's nature's way of preparing us! Hmm I had a v.flabby preggo tummy - it's not got any bigger in about 8 weeks, it's just hardened up! Very odd. Definitely look proper pregnant now. Haven't weighed myself at all, but I don't think it's good! Shock

wilhelmeaner · 27/06/2014 08:56

oh ok so it all goes hard? That's good, I was kind of imagining a big hard bump with a jelly surface Grin . God the ridiculous things I think about.

cookielove · 27/06/2014 19:21

fluffy I had a private scan with a company called ultra baby I believe they do have offices in London, although I could be remembering wrong!

ZylaB · 27/06/2014 20:06

sticks nose around the door hi! can I come in?

Still very very shocked and a bit scared to believe it :)

cookielove · 27/06/2014 20:36

Welcome zyla :)

JuniDD · 27/06/2014 20:41

hi zyla, congratulations and welcome. Smile

Minion · 27/06/2014 20:59

Hizyla welcome! Congratulations again x

wilhelmeaner · 27/06/2014 21:40

Hi Zyla Smile . What's your due date?

ZylaB · 27/06/2014 21:50

9th march wil

No symptoms atm except being knackered and low down cramps, apart from sugar levels all over the place, must have done 20 tests and 6 extra injections yesterday!

Nessalina · 27/06/2014 22:42

Hey Zyla! Welcome & congrats! Grin

I just had a bath and I think it might be my last one for a while. I was like a beached whale! I couldn't manage to sit up once I'd laid down Blush Good grief.

How's everyone today? Smile

RPopz · 28/06/2014 00:07

Zyla!! Hellooooo! Grin

I've been out guys! Its past 9.30 and I'm still awake Shock Shock Shock

RPopz · 28/06/2014 00:10

Weird deleted post on Dulce's mmc thread... Confused Hope she's ok.

wilhelmeaner · 28/06/2014 05:02

So do I Popz.

Aw bless you Nessa

That sounds like a lot of extra work Zyla. Will it be like that the whole way through?

Well no sleep for me again. I am thoroughly knackered.

ZylaB · 28/06/2014 06:33

Yeah, should be hospital appointments every other week and a million tests and extra injections every day, I've got to keep my sugars right down, even while I become resistant to my usual dose of insulin, so it'll be hard work. Will mean I can't snack on most things too and will have to be really careful, but it'll be worth it!

ZylaB · 28/06/2014 06:33

Though I might need hand holding when I have to go for extra scans and tests to make sure everything's ok with the baby

Minion · 28/06/2014 06:59

Hand holds all round kid x
Stand down gals, it was, after all, a tummy muscle twitch, no mental super strength baby kicking here. Oh well. It'll happen I'm sure, soon enough..
Bah!
