I'm taking my big cry baby ass off to bed, maybe I'll feel better after a good nights sleep Smile

PolytheneGirl · 11/06/2014 21:04

linda I am with you on the crying front. I bought salt and vinegar crisps on the way home thinking they would help, but the smell of our house (it doesn't smell. In fact if anything, it smelt clean as the cleaner had been here. It just has a 'normal house smell') made me vom as I walked in through the door. Just managed to avoid dd in her pram and made it to the sink. Then I had a very similar moment to fancy - sick both ends- and cried at dh for not getting the dinner ready while I was throwing up, then cried some more while heaving over the kitchen sink.

I know I should be grateful and honestly, deep down, in the actual scheme of things, I truly am. I am just feeling a little sorry for myself tonight and have decided that the best way to make this better is: BED!

Tomorrow will be a better day. And I'll 4oD OBEM!

bellaboo88 · 11/06/2014 21:10

English, really sorry :-(

Xx

fancyacupoftea · 11/06/2014 21:12

Sleep well Linda and Mademoiselle. Hope a good night's sleep works wonders.

Oh crap I'm being observed tomorrow afternoon. Fingers crossed for a nausea free observation.

I really like that woman Poly - she's hilarious! So lovely.

freneticfox · 11/06/2014 21:16

I spoke too soon.. had some lovely pizza for dinner. Now feeling uber queasy.. out come the sea bands!!

RetroHippy · 11/06/2014 21:39

Ooh, good luck fancy! You'll ace it! or vom on them and they'll leave you alone

CagedMango · 11/06/2014 21:42

I've been wearing sea bands solidly for the last month-I think they help take the edge off so I can partially function (still feel sick most of the time just less so). Hope they work for you too fox.

Hope everyone has a better day tomorrow with no sick of any kind!

freneticfox · 11/06/2014 21:46

I find them great - I don't care if it's a placebo effect, it works ;)

Since last night I've had a really foul taste in my mouth, but apparently that's normal. Normal? Ugh, it most definitely doesn't TASTE normal...

PolytheneGirl · 11/06/2014 22:09

Well I'm all cried out! And baby is having a major dance session cue more crying

Good luck with the obs Fancy! I'm sure you'll kick ass!

Waves

You guys have fallen off my 'threads I'm watching'.

Can't have that paranoid someone will sit in my seat

sammyj85 · 11/06/2014 22:26

Obem watched and cried at. Only 35 weeks to go!

RetroHippy · 11/06/2014 22:40

Don't worry, we're keeping your seat warm! How are you doing?

My new house has mirrored sliding doors on the wardrobes. I do not like them. I am fat. I am also getting mum-butt which is total misrepresentation, as my mother has a fabulous bottom

It may not be pregnancy related, but having it highlighted from multiple angles ain't helping. And I ate half a pie tonight!

Viperama · 11/06/2014 22:45

Broody fingers crossed everything goes well for you tomorrow.

PolytheneGirl · 11/06/2014 22:54

how are you doing?

Retro what's mum-butt? And I'd I have it? Confused

Treaclepie19 · 11/06/2014 22:55

Hehe mum-butt. Hope you're all ok :)

Good luck with your obs fancy! I have one monday.

MrsGingerbread · 11/06/2014 22:59

Hi Retro.

I'm fine thanks. :) Nice to keep an eye on you guys

We are ttc again now, but no idea what is going on this cycle so trying to not worry about that. I am failing at that bit!

I can't even enjoy poas as they are still positive from residual hormones, so really just waiting for af to come.Amazingly my chart shows a peak like ovulation which surprises me with the hormones still kicking around. .. ho hum!

RetroHippy · 11/06/2014 23:06

Ginger, that must be shit still having residual hormones kicking about, POAS from 8dpo was about the only thing that got me through each 2ww! Hope your cycle sorts out soon.

treacle, fancy, I've got one

RetroHippy · 11/06/2014 23:08

... On Wednesday. Despite ofsted Hmm must be the term for it.

Mum-butt; instead of having a perky, pert butt, with nicely rounded cheeks, mine is beginning to get wider and flatter. Sad

Dirty old men used to comment on my arse secretly proud no one looks twice now.

Treaclepie19 · 11/06/2014 23:12

Oh no retro :(

The term to squash us down despite it being the busiest time of the year!!!!!!! Rant.

I was meant to have mine last term but obviously wasn't in.

PolytheneGirl · 11/06/2014 23:12

Oh dear, I have always had quite a "shapely" bum but I def noticed since having DS that it hangs a little lower. Right that's it, 30min brisk walk everyday!!
