Just starting a new thread so we have somewhere to go once thread 2 is full (I give it less than a day!!)

Welcome to the never-ending first trimester, and maybe some of us into the second trimester this thread?

It's one of my food aversions - how unfair is that! The thought of it makes me want to vom but normally i'd have at least a big bar a day. I'm struggling to find things I can drink as can only stomach orange juice at the moment :-(

Hi all. Other than the disaster of when we landed here I've not been sick in morning, though I have felt queasy. Progress I suppose, wonder if the pills from doctor have helped. Don't know how long to keep taking them for once I'm home as gpt 4 weeks supply last week.

However last night for dinner we had Japanese here. Starter - tempura - was fine, but my first mouthful of lamb main course and I almost threw up. It tasted lovely but I think it was the texture. Hardly ate anything but then did manage to eat dessert so was okay. Chinese tinigt - hope I fare better!

Definitely been feeling really tired with the heat here which isnt that unusual as I don't do warm countries that well. We've mostly sat inside or in the shade this afternoon as too much sun makes me go funny.

Oh and my 8+4 bump is similar to the others if not worse at times, but I'm telling myself it's bloating not baby?!

I just look fat espa !

Have been wandering around in my bikini in the safety of my own garden but off out in a bit so need to find soemthing that doesn't make me look huge. DH has some very rude direct friends so have my answer prepared..."the last time someone asked me that was 2 weeks after my last mc. Sure you want to ask that question?" (True btw...and wasone of DH's rude RUDE friends who will definitely be there tthis afternoon as it's his brother's birthday

This is my almost 8 week bump! How am I already showing?! I know they say you show earlier with your 2nd, but this early??!

Lost my way, glad I found thread again. Went for private dating scan yesterday I'm 11 weeks now and will announce nex weekend. Work is fairly physical so will be glad to be honest as have been asking away from risky jobs.

Sorry about this but has anyone wind remedies?

Espa I'm having the same reaction to almost all meat... And I'm normally the biggest meat fan definately the texture for me as well, makes me very sad mash potato is my friend though!! I seem to be living on the stuff!

I managed to take the dog for a nice walk - first time I haven't copped out and just taken her round the block for a quick one. Feeling a little less tired and much less sick - could this be the end of the first trimester nightmare?? Don't want to jinx it but I really hope so because I'm so fed up of feeling sick and tired!

Hello, Thankyou everyone for your advise. I rang the EPU and because I already have a scan booked for Tuesday she said she can't fit me in before then and if the pain gets bad to take paracetamol and if the bleeding gets unmanageable then ring back. However the bleeding is just when I wipe again and the pains gone so I'm hoping it was just the blood in my sac that she saw when I had my last scan coming out instead of when I normally just wipe! So will have to wait until Tuesday :( fingers crossed!

Try not to worry then natashaarr, sounds like they aren't worried. It's definitely a good sign that your bleeding is just when you wipe.

Just entirely lost the plot at DH :( all because my bike got stuck as I was trying to get it out.

it was horrible. Absolute seeing red rage! I was sure I was going to flip and break something or even hurt DH :( followed by endless sobbing.

Very unpleasant.

DH got bike out for me and I'm now pootling round the park and feeling much calmer.

I know the blubbering is normal but is this level of anger normal?? :/

Just to say I have huge bump too?? I'm not even ten weeks and look obviously pregnant. I'm assuming this is normal for baby three? Been running away from people I know as I don't want to tell anyone until and unless 12 week scan ok.

I have no wind remedies other than going outside. It's horrendous!

Currently slumped on sofa watching with youngest drinking alcohol free beer :) glamour in our house

How is it possible for my boobs to have got even bigger? My shoulders are aching like I've got a couple of bowling balls strapped to me.

Actually it's in my elbows and wrists too. What is this fresh hell?

Had a lovely day in the sun today with a picnic in the park... now ready for bed. Well, it is 8 o'clock?!

To everyone with bumps already, I'm with you. Only 8 weeks today (yay!) and already feel like I look 5 months pregnant, so having to be really careful what I wear. Am going to have to lie low for the next 5 weeks until my scan if I don't want people to know.

Beginning to worry I'm just kidding myself it's a bump though and I'm actually just finding an excuse for having a fat tummy! I'm not large at a size 10/12, but have always held all my weight on my tum

natasha i would recommend going to a and e i just had my second visit with the midwife and she told me off for not going to a and e when i had my bleeding, even though i rang the epu and they said to only go in if lots of bleeding with cramps. she said if going forward i have any blood or any type of cramp then to go to a and e straight away and not to question it. i don't want to worry you but you should go at least to check that everything is fine and to put your mind at rest :) hope everything is fine.

my tummy feels really sticky outy today but not just a bump at the lower part of my tummy but like even from my boobs. its probably bloating. i am sitting her pondering what the best top would be to wear for work tomorrow and if after 4 days off will my work trousers do up!!!

emily oh really? I might have to go tomorrow then as it's late now and I have work at 5am and can't take time off as it's too short notice! The cramps have stopped but still worrying even though I'm trying not too. Tuesday seems like so long away and I'm dreading the scan I'll be so nervous on the day!

Thanks Rejjie have had a busy weekend which has kind of kept my mind off tomorrow. I worry over the slightest thing so hopefully Im just overreacting as usual!

treacle so sorry to hear your news, you are being vey brave. Im sure tomorrow will be difficult but it sounds like you are being well looked after and know that there are lots of us here thinking of you and sending love x

I've got friends and family coming over tomorrow so I'm not alone on my birthday lol. Don't feel too brave as all I've done today is worry and moan.

Natasha i second going to a&e

I am still in london. we travel back tonight and i am missing plain bread, tattie.scones and proper sausage.

i cant actually eat much. really struggling with anything but fruit i can eat by the barrel. im missing crisps and chocolate.

going to Essex this morning to tell his brother the news. then we can start to tell others. i have midwife on wednesday.
