There's only 3 of us mademoiselle! One is leaving so don't know if the replacement would be interested/up to it etc and the other has a high pastoral position so couldn't take it on!

Yeah waiting to see the job spec is a good idea!

I am so tired. Want to go for a walk but struggling to get out of bed!

MademoiselleG · 04/05/2014 13:23

Mmh, that's tough indeed. They'd be grateful to have an early heads up then I guess!

And I've just forced myself outside: best thing every, it's gorgeous!!

Treaclepie19 · 04/05/2014 14:31

Off I go to the bbq... wish me luck with my alibi :p

fancyacupoftea · 04/05/2014 15:27

Good luck Treacle!

Here is the stats spreadsheet for those who want to update docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AqKxN30MlmL4dHpRcWxUdDVIY0VlQ0k5dk5xRkYyS0E&usp=sharing

lindamagoo · 04/05/2014 15:33

Now that felt amazing popping my name down on that list Smile

Tilly28 · 04/05/2014 16:00

Just had first call from my midwife (couldnt believe it being a Sunday!) Have got my booking in appointment organised for the 2nd June. Very excited now! She said cramping was normal and its ok to take 2 paracetamol which should help. She said its only not normal if that doesnt get rid of the pain. Made me feel better as I had cramping on Thursday!

Starbright24 · 04/05/2014 16:32

I added me on the list :)

I told my sister today - she promptly started crying and getting excited but I told her I couldn't do that yet as far too early...Harumph! Eeeks! Still, good to have her to talk to. She said she suspected yesterday when I refused to go on a cycle ride.

PolytheneGirl · 04/05/2014 21:13

Hi all. Thanks for asking after me. My eye are pretty much the same. I'm keeping my fx that they are going to settle rather than get any worse very little hope there

Apart from that my head has been killing me since yesterday, I have diarrhoea and constant nausea it's all for a good cause, it's all for a good cause. So feeling fed up.

DH has to work tomorrow tooSad so with my nausea and DH out all day it looks like it will be a wasted BH.

MademoiselleG · 04/05/2014 22:33

Poly that sounds rubbish Thanks - I hope you can still have a fairly decent day! Any friends or family around who could look after DS and allow you to get a bit of time to yourself? Good luck and we're all here to hold your hand. Dragon < I know it's gone. But for us, it'll always be there...

Treaclepie19 · 05/05/2014 09:20

Hope you find something nice to do today poly.

Well my alibi worked... I think.
Stayed out til 11 pm and it has really knocked me about! I woke up in the night and couldn't even move my head from the pillow.
I've woken up this morning feeling hungover! Must've been too much lemon fanta ;)

fancyacupoftea · 05/05/2014 09:26

I made it to about 10pm Treacle so you're more hardcore than I am! Today is the day for sleeping at least.
I overate on crisps though A LOT last night - really need to sort my diet out.

fancyacupoftea · 05/05/2014 09:27

Oh and Mademoiselle I've started that book you're reading (can't remember if it was this thread or the Jan thread) - really like it so far, definitely my kind of style - DATA! Are you going to read all the way through or keep the later trimesters and birth for later?

Zermatt · 05/05/2014 09:42

It's like ambrosia have set up a factory in my knickers :(

Although on the plus side I had a lovely Preggo dream about Kelly Slater last night. DH asked me whether I'd had a nightmare due to my apparent murmurs.

MelMc73 · 05/05/2014 10:10

Hello ladies...Penis dragon May bus graduate checking in after a bfp yesterday...stats are

MelMc73, age 41, ttc #2 (1st with dh), got bfp on 4th May...provisional due date 15th Jan 2015. .still in shock lol

fancyacupoftea · 05/05/2014 10:13

Congrats Mel! Lovely to see you here!!

I had a sex dream too last night Zermatt. Maybe it's time I took my knickers off for real instead of just dreaming about it.

Devon's creamiest.

MelMc73 · 05/05/2014 10:19

I had a dream last night. All my dreams have a recurring theme where I am trying to get somewhere and never can....there's always something stopping me...the location and destination and circumstances are always different though. The dream never finishes before I wake up but last night it did as dh arrived to take me home! Spooky! And I'm a sceptic!

Oh I've added myself to the list!

Zermatt · 05/05/2014 10:37

Congrats Mel, such exciting news. Your dream must have some interesting meaning, must be so frustrating never getting where you are trying to go! Thankfully in my dream I got exactly where I was after getting to with Mr Slater and it was rather nice as well. :) been having nutso dreams these last 2 weeks, it's quite entertaining.

I think my DH would be happy if I did get my kecks off in real life fancy I think he's feeling a bit miffed that my raging libido that appeared while ttc seems to have mysteriously waned since the BFP.

MelMc73 · 05/05/2014 10:44

Lol fancy and zermatt at loss of libido...my dh made a comment last night that I wasn't to forget about him now he'd produced the goods lol!

Starbright24 · 05/05/2014 10:59

Hi mel congratulations on BFP!!!!!

I don't seem to be having any custard problems thankfully. really wish I hadn't thought of rice pudding when you said Ambrosia zermat. That is not a good thought of that to have in my nix. Of course, custard is so much better!

Treaclepie19 · 05/05/2014 15:27

Congrats mel :)

We went out for lunch today. I came back and was so tired I've only just woken up. Had a dream (well a nightmare) that I got my results and my hcg was dropping. Ugh.

PolytheneGirl · 05/05/2014 16:08

Do you get your results tomorrow Treacle? Good luck

Treaclepie19 · 05/05/2014 17:38

Thanks Poly, yeah it's tomorrow. Incredibly nervous but at least we will be closer to an answer.

Littlebear81 · 05/05/2014 19:08

Treacle will your blood results give you a definite answer or is there a chance you'll just have to go back again n a few days. Take reassurance that if you've had no bleeding the little bean is still there and maybe your body is just adjusting to the hormone changes easily. Will keep my fx for you Thanks

Treaclepie19 · 05/05/2014 19:14

Thanks littlebear, the results will just tell me if my hcg is still rising so not much really. I'm guessing I'd still have a follow up scan anyway. I just hope they have doubled :(

PolytheneGirl · 05/05/2014 19:31

I've just had a strange thought... Do you know, I've been to my GP, been referred to the consultant, referred to the midwife, and been given a prescription and they haven't once asked me to PIAC or taken my blood. I could totally be faking!
