Ladies I think we need a new festive thread to take us through to the end of the year. And as it will be me to sneeze next –how did it get around to my turn so quickly???-- I thought I would do the honours.

Oh oh oh we have names!

Oh I've done some major stalking Can't wait for the big reveal now, don't want to give too much away until sweetie makes the announcement.

Well, I'm off to bed but I am looking forward to sweetie returning to make the official announcement! I hope they all sleep well!

As an aside, I've never had a baby during the day. I've given birth and then it has been time to sleep and I've been shattered and needed a rest! What happens if you give birth during the day? Do you just stay awake or are you tired that you do sleep?

I had DD at about 5ish and stayed awake! Took a while to get stitched up, have the first checks etc though.. they eventually got some dinner to us, then DH left and it was definitely bed time! Not that I got much sleep due to cuddling a baby and thinking "What on earth do I do now?!"

Dino I had my two at 6.30am and 9.30am and stayed awake after both. Probably should have slept, but was on a post-birth high I think!

I is here while DTs sleep following breakfast feed. I have posted full names, weights and picture on fb, but let me know if you want thid by pm, although it might be a couple of days until I get on the laptop
I am struggling to type on my phone as I have drips in both arms & keep setting all the alarms off when I bend my arms.
All went really well but we weren't done until 4pm. I have been in recovery all night as I got too dehydrated with all the waiting around. DTs are perfect in every way and stayed with me. I managed to first breast feed both and have given them bottles too. They were both great weights of BT 6lb 9oz & GT 6lb 3oz. I think it will be my recovery that determines when we come home.
I will post more when I am back on the laptop. Back to those new born snuggles
