Hello!

So I'm actually due around 27th July but I went two weeks overdue with my first so I'm pretty sure this will be an August baby Smile

Is there anyone else who is newly pregnant and would like to join me?

Fingers crossed for you baggy. Have you had any more bleeding? Let us know how you get on.

I woke up feeling sick this morning so I'm sure full blown morning sickness won't be too far behind!

Hollyjokes · 25/11/2013 11:31

Baggy I have everything crossed that tomorrow brings good news for you x

Eminy I'm really not sure what the official advice is re lifting. I guess just go with what you're comfortable with, if something is going to be a struggle to pick up then possibly avoid?

I hope everything goes well, baggy.

Allypallyjelly · 25/11/2013 15:02

Baggy fingers crossed !! Pls let us know how you get on xx

TheBookofRuth · 25/11/2013 15:31

Good luck baggy.

Anyone got a feeling about what they're having? With DD I was utterly convinced that I was having a girl, literally from the moment I got my BFP. This time around I haven't got a clue! Would be happy with either - except that if I have a boy I'll never get rid of my MIL, as she's desperate for a DGS (she has two DGDs).

2beornot · 25/11/2013 15:47

bookofruth funny you say that but I has a sudden feeling it was a girl. I wasn't even thinking about it, the feeling just overwhelmed me!! Crazy, isn't it?'

DinkyMole · 25/11/2013 16:41

Not really, but I have two DS already, DF has two DS as well. My sister has a DS and DFs brother has two DS! We're pretty much expecting another DS Grin

Hollyjokes · 25/11/2013 16:42

Ruth I'm really not sure this time! I was convinced I was having a girl last time and wouldn't listen when literally everyone told me they thought I was having a boy. I was right!

This time I initially thought boy, although when I picture it in my head I can see myself with two little girls! So I have no idea really! I'll definitely be finding out at the scan (as soon as baby is playing ball) as I'm just far too impatient to wait until he or she is born!

As LONG as baby is playing ball!

Hello all, can I join in please?! I got my BFP last Wed and still cannot believe it! Will be my first (dp's second but a long time ago), finally was successful on cycle 14, really didn't think it was going to happen. Got my doc apt coming up soon, but think I'll be due 26-28th July. I can confirm once doc has done his stuff.

Bit concerned I'm not feeling sick yet - crazy that I actually want to feel ill! So far by boobs just feel a little bit sore if I push them.

Other than that just feel really distracted, trying so hard to do my work as normal but my mind is elsewhere!

I'm guessing not everyone feels sick, and I'm only 5wks 2days. I want the impossible - to feel/be sick but not so that anyone notices! Nicely timed sickness please when I'm on my own and have toothpaste to hand!!!

talulahbelle · 25/11/2013 18:24

Seen the GP and got my pregnancy on the system - my booking in appointment is on 31st Dec when I will be 10+3. I'm also being referred for an early scan and should get a phone call about that in the next few days. Exciting times :)

Hollyjokes · 25/11/2013 18:33

Great stuff Talulah Smile

Hi Morgan and congratulations! I'll add you to the list in a min - will put you as 26th July for now and we can always update it later if you need to Smile

I'm nauseous but no actual vomiting yet. Im 5+1 now and started vomiting at 6wks when pregnant with DD so I'm keeping my fingers crossed I manage to avoid it this time!

Morgan, I wasn't sick with DD, and my idiotic MIL managed to worry me by telling me that "wasn't a good sign".

DD was born exactly on her due date weighing 9lb8oz and was and is as healthy as a horse. Grin

DinkyFrinkbuster · 25/11/2013 19:05

I wish I could impress upon my two year old the importance of not battering my boobs when he clambers all over me! Ouch.

TheBookofRuth · 25/11/2013 19:10

I'm still breast feeding my 22 month old DD DinkyF.

She bites. Confused

DinkyFrinkbuster · 25/11/2013 19:20

Arrgh, Ruth can only imagine. Our house rings with squeals of 'Watch the boobs!'

Morganlove · 25/11/2013 20:11

Fingers crossed I won't be sick then, although I want more of a sign that I'm pregnant I should be careful what I wish for!!! Wink

funkymonk · 25/11/2013 20:45

Great news talulah!

How are you baggy?

After my excitement of 2-3 on the digital this morning, I have had pink cm this afternoon. Has anyone else had this? I am in a big panic. I hurried out of work at 3.30 and have been in bed lying down since. I know it can be common in early pregnancy but crapping myself that this is another Mc!

Allypallyjelly · 25/11/2013 21:47

Tallulah - that's cool keep us updated !
Morgan - congrats and welcome :)
Funky - exactly same position as you. Got my 2-3 wks and now pinkish since Saturday. My mom says she was also like that with most of us (I'm one of 5) so she told me to rest n put up my feet as much as I can ! But it's tough because journey to work takes an hour on overground n underground plus sometimes don't get a seat! Vomited on sat n sun (I blame it on my DH as I was waiting for him to have dinner until 9pm, unacceptable!) with some headaches but other than that not much symptoms !

ItsSoFluffyImGonnaDie · 25/11/2013 22:04

Hello ladies, can I join too please? Got my bfp on Saturday and confirmed it with a cb digi today Grin. This will be our 1st and my eddy is August 2nd. Ooh, I've just turned 30 so it was a happy birthday present for me!

Feel fine currently, only symptom is tender boobs. Felt a bit queasy putting that down to too much chocolate Wink

ItsSoFluffyImGonnaDie · 25/11/2013 22:05

EDD, not eddy Hmm

DinkyFrinkbuster · 25/11/2013 22:09

Think positive Funky - as you say it's really common. Try to steer clear of panic Googling. Hopefully by morning all will be well.

Hi Fluffy!

funkymonk · 25/11/2013 22:15

Welcome fluffy.I remember your name from the conception buses!

Thanks for the reassurance Ally and DinkyF. Keeping everything crossed for us Ally. I'm sure we'll be fine but its such a worrying time. We're due date buddies too!

Hollyjokes · 25/11/2013 23:17

Oh gosh, I just went to the loo before bed and there was pink CM on the tissue when I wiped. Ally & funky - have either of you been having mild cramps too? I'm really worried now too Hmm
