Hello!

So I'm actually due around 27th July but I went two weeks overdue with my first so I'm pretty sure this will be an August baby Smile

Is there anyone else who is newly pregnant and would like to join me?

holly I'm sorry your nausea and being sick has become worse. Definitely visit the GP as you have history of HG. Let us know how you get on.

Allypallyjelly · 30/11/2013 08:31

I don't even know what's normal but have been throwing up few times a day esp in afternoon and evening less so in morning. Making work really difficult as I'm shattered plus nauseous plus throwing up plus having a very bitter taste in the mouth after meal which makes MS even worse !

Hollyjokes · 30/11/2013 09:03

Thanks guys, I think I will definitely see the GP this week. I was sobbing to DH this morning that I can't go through this again. I'm really hoping that the GP can give me something this early, even if it just takes the edge off.

6 weeks today and I still have hardly any symptoms. I'm up a couple of times in the night to pee, am bloated and have slightly sore boobs but that's it. Where's the nausea? The fatigue? Not that I want to feel ill but it would be a whole lot more reassuring.
I am also having a few cramps on and off, not strong enough to be very painful though.

2 days until my early scan.

Howly · 30/11/2013 15:43

I'm just feeling rough, like I've got hangover, tired body, sore boobs and feeling sick but not actually being sick! Also got a Headache on and off! Going to plod in the gym and go for a swim to help ease it!

Shakshuka · 30/11/2013 16:20

I didn't really have nausea with either pregnancy, talulah, apart from a few isolated incidents. Hoping that'll be the case this time, although also wouldn't mind the reassurance of nausea!

How was it with your cat? I hope it wasn't too traumatic. :(

holly, that sounds miserable. A good friend of mine had hypermersis with all 3 of her pregnancies, it was awful for her. I hope they can give you something for it.

Happy birthday dinkie!

My only signs so far is feeling a bit dizzy/light headed, very thirsty and stinky wee! dd walked into the bathroom after I'd been and went 'eww, mum, what's that smell!'.

But my internet cheapie ritual showed an even fainter line this morning than before. Not a good sign. Me and dh look upon a 3rd child as our luxury child. If it happens, fabulous. If not,we have 2 beautiful daughters and we'll continue as we are. So I'm looking at this pregnancy as a hopeful start but nothing more for now.

PinaColadas · 30/11/2013 16:42

Hi JustHayley I hope you got to sleep, I'm finding it hard to sleep too. Do you find that when you wake up your mind is racing round? I'm exactly the same I keep wondering how I'd cope with another MC, every time I go to the loo I think it's going to be over. We will have to take one day at a time it's all we can do. Hope you're feeling better today. Take care Thanks
I've been feeling a bit sick today and I'm actually egging it on, the more symptoms I have the happier I am hoping that this is the real thing this time.

justhayley · 30/11/2013 20:31

Hiya, I actually posted this in the wrong thread, although I'm due end of July so could easily be august.
Thank you for your kind messages.

I did sleep but kept waking up stressing out every hour or so. Am totally fine today no more bleeding or anything so hopefully all is well.
I'm actually pregnant with twins, although at my scan last week one sac was more developed than the other so I'm half expecting to MC twin 2Sad. Also had a MC in September so am really nervous at the moment.
Anyway every day is a bonus so fx I guess. Xxx

Armadale · 01/12/2013 12:15

Hi Ladies, can I very tentatively join please?

My due date is 5th Aug so far, but I think this might change as I conceived in the cycle immediately following a MC, so not a normal 28 day cycle.

To the Post MC ladies, I absolutely understand about the nervousness, it is hard to regain that innocence, isn't it? Agree with you every day is a bonus. (This is my 6th PG following 4 MC's and 1 late loss, so I'm a basket case).

GillyMac93 · 01/12/2013 12:32

Hi Armadale! Good luck with your pregnancy !Smile

Armadale · 01/12/2013 12:42

Thanks for the welcome, Gilly!

funkymonk · 01/12/2013 13:26

Good luck with it all armadale!

I had a lot of brown cm yesterday so am fearing the worst. Symptoms have gradually got less and less over last few days so I am quite sure its over. Just constant knickersl checking waiting for the blood to arrive. I'm so sad. On a group weekend away with 14 people so having to be sociable and cheerful when I just want to curl up in bed and cry Sad
Anyone else having this brown cm? I had pink cm last Monday on 2 trips to toilet and nothing since.

Shakshuka · 01/12/2013 14:04

Wow, armadale, that's a lot of loss to go through. Congratulations on this pregnancy - I hope it's smooth sailing for you.

Funkymonk - I bled a lot in my first pregnancy. I know it's really scary and worrying but it does happen a lot even in perfectly healthy pregnancies.

HungryHorace · 01/12/2013 17:07

Hi! Can I join please?

I've not read the thread, so excuse me for not knowing any names.

I've got a BFP today and I think I'm due about 14th August. I may sneak into July though as I'll most likely have an ELCS at 38 weeks.

I have a 5 month old DD (yes, you read that right) and although this was planned, I'm feeling quite overwhelmed and very scared right now.

Here's to happy and healthy pregnancies all round. :-)

HungryHorace · 01/12/2013 17:12

Funkymonk, how far along are you? Brown CM is old blood, not fresh bleeding. It may still be from implantation.

Bleeding is really common, so try not to worry (impossible, I know, as pregnancy is 50% worry at least).

When are you home?

GillyMac93 · 01/12/2013 17:43

Hey Horace Wow your going to be bust with that age gap ! Lovely though.

HungryHorace · 01/12/2013 17:50

Hi Gilly! Yep, busy is one word for it. Mental is another!

Can't wait to tell work I'm only going back for 6 weeks next year! :-)

Ruggle · 01/12/2013 19:00

Hello

I've just got a very very early positive (not yet big and fat, but a positive nonetheless) that may just put me on this August bus...however, I am only 25 days post mc (at 5 weeks), following another mmc back in July (11 weeks)...so trying not to get my hopes up just yet, but wanted to say hello in case this one works out!

funkymonk · 01/12/2013 19:44

Wow horace you will have your hands full!
I'm 6+2today on lmp but really I'm prob 5+6 due to ovulation dates. Too late for implantation?
Holly are you still having the pink stuff? I know ally is.

HungryHorace · 01/12/2013 20:30

Hi Ruggle!

Mine is a 10 DPO faint one. But it's there nonetheless! I'm sorry for your losses. Good luck!

Funkymonk, yes I certainly will. I must be crazy!

Maybe too late for implantation, but I don't think it's uncommon. I've read that if it's old blood it's better than red, fresh, blood. I hope it's all ok.

I had pink CM and also fresh blood at 20 and 24 weeks last time. They were due to a cervical ectropian and nothing sinister. Still worrying though, at the time.

Hollyjokes · 01/12/2013 20:39

Evening ladies and hello to our newbies Smile

I'm sorry to hear that lots of you are feeling so worried. I'm really hoping that we all get through this with good outcomes.

Funky yes I am still having odd bits of pink cm. Not as much as I was but it is still happening a bit. How often are you having it?

Talulah good luck for your scan tomorrow x

New ladies I will add you to the stats list now, if I make any mistakes please correct me Smile

Hi Holly, I'm just 37 next time the stats list gets done. :-)

funkymonk · 01/12/2013 21:59

Hi holly. I had some pink cm just once last Monday and then nothing until yesterday morning when it was brown cm a few times throughout the day. Same again today. Seems to be intermittent. That combined with disappearing symptoms have me very worried. Still on group weekend away but heading home in morning and going to call Epu.

Hollyjokes · 01/12/2013 22:11

Yes definitely call them if you're worried funky. I hope that everything turns out to be ok and that they can reassure you. But it's definitely worth seeing them to hopefully put your mind at ease x
I have my booking appointment on Friday so will discuss my pink cm with the MW then and I think I'm also going to book a private early scan before Christmas too.

Hungry ill do a quick update to include your age now Smile
