Woop woop! Did another FRER this morning, and line came up quicker than Control!

Im not an obsessive tester, my lines were originally so so feint and CB "weeks" were slightly out so Im happy to see my HCG levels rising!

I've got two left. One CB Im saving for middle of the week (where hopefully it'll have gone up to 3+, and one more FRER I think I'll save for a down day. After today's test I don't need a darker one to be convinced.

Seriously - how can I have only got my BFP 9days ago??! It seems like Ive been waiting forever!

Only 11days til my reassurance scan. Yay! Now if only my midwife would call this week......that'd be another thing ticked off my list Smile

My symptoms seem to have died down a little bit although not sure if that's because I slept through most of the weekend super tired still and slight waves of nausea, but oohing too ad yet. Headache has gone and boobs, though hurt a little, are no longer screaming at me.

How's everyone else feeling?

spinningirl10 · 28/10/2013 06:00

Morning,

I've been awake for the last 2 hours with period type pains!

I don't remember having these before but I have been googling and it seems to be quite common.....I hope so!! Hard not to worry!

I am still feeling quite sick more or less constantly but that does feel strangely reassuring!

Jaykay.....good news on the test! I have 1 more cb digi, I'm hoping to hold off doing it until I can see 3+ weeks Grin

OttersPocket · 28/10/2013 06:27

Oh spinning - me too! I'm wide awake but exhausted at the same time this morning.

No other symptoms yet - breasts feel fine and no sickness yet...

Couldn't stop myself doing an internet cheapy this morning and the line is getting darker Grin I MUST step away from the tests!

jaykay987 · 28/10/2013 06:27

I've definitely been having backache not dissimilar to period pains on and off all week. FX it is normal. It's difficult not to worry though isn't it?!

spinningirl10 · 28/10/2013 07:01

Looks like we're experiencing the same sort of thing so hopefully it's normal and all is well.

My pains have all but gone now....I had a piece of toast and coffee an hour ago so maybe that helped!

Feel exhausted though!!

MrsB2013 · 28/10/2013 09:06

Morning!!

I'm a poas addict too!! Did another CB digi, still saying 2-3 weeks. I have one more left, which I think I'll do Weds or Thurs and a FRER!

I'm so tired, was awake a lot last night, the storm was quite bad round here! The wind was shaking the house!

Hope everyone has a good day!

Moochie01 · 28/10/2013 10:30

I'm so glad it's not just me!! I was desperate to get to Boots before work this morning to pick up a couple of tests, hasn't done any since Friday! Always reassuring to see a good strong line! An going to pick up some CB digis as well for later in the week.

Funny, I feel like my symptoms have died down slightly too. Have a tiny bit of a sore throat, still a little bit of heartburn and today, my left nipple is extremely itchy!! But no tiredness or nausea at all.

The time is dragging so slowwwwllllyyy!! Can't wait until I can book a reassurance scan.

OttersPocket · 28/10/2013 12:43

I'm so glad I'm not alone in this! DP is very happy but I don't think he's really all that interested yet in hearing about every twinge and every wave of nausea. I actually don't think he'll believe it's all real until a bump appears!

I'm just off the phone from the hospital (I'm a Type 1 diabetic so considered high risk and under consultant care) - I'll be getting an early viability scan in two weeks time (at 6 + 6). I'm very nervous but excited at the same time.

So now all I have to do is try to concentrate on doing some work for the rest of the day (and the next 9 month fx)

Brew's all round!

spinningirl10 · 28/10/2013 16:15

Afternoon all,

What a strange day we are all having with these stomach pains....how is everyone now?

I thought mine was ok so went out for a nice walk but it came back and I had to get a lift home!

Its eased off again now but it felt like a mix of period pains and trapped wind!!

OP posts:
Mrsc020987 · 28/10/2013 16:38

How's everyone? I've managed to stop cleaning to notice I actually have a bump and it's really quite big, I checked this morning and still on for 3 July..anyone else?? I never showed until 22 weeks with dd, now panicking as twins run it the family.......

jaykay987 · 28/10/2013 18:23

Mrs is it hard or flabby?

I'm fairly overweight and so have a sizable tummy. I thought I wouldn't get much noticeable bloating...but my belly is huge! My trousers are so tight! and this is after a week of super healthy eating.

Im on my way to SW now...so will see if it's weight or not.....but surely it's even too early to show even if it is twins?! (Ive always had a nagging feeling I would get twins! Last time I had a gut feeling this strong - I knew I was pregnant despite many many bfns (didnt get bfp until dpo 16!) )

5w + 5

spinningirl10 · 28/10/2013 18:48

MrsC02 I'm just feeling really bloated!

I'm 1/2 stone heavier than I would like to be so my jeans are already a bit tight! I hate tight clothes round my waist so i've put them to the back of the wardrobe!

I put on quite a bit with both of my other pregnancies so I really am going to try hard not to put on quite so much this time! I find it so hard to lose!!

I plan to keep exercising and swimming but I've felt so tired I've only been twice in the last week!!

OP posts:
spinningirl10 · 28/10/2013 18:51

Oh and I've booked an early scan as well!!

I shall be 7w+2....exciting!

4w+3 :)

OP posts:
OttersPocket · 28/10/2013 19:16

Ooh spinning, I'm 4w+3 today too Grin. And also really, really bloated. Urgh!

spinningirl10 · 28/10/2013 19:26

Otters the bloating is awful isn't it?!!!

Looks like that could be the end of my flat stomach for the foreseeable future! Lol

FoxtrotOscarBackToEconomy · 28/10/2013 20:03

I haven't got any tests so can't POAS. Very Envy of those of you with stashes of tests. And also Envy of all your early scans. Early December seems ages away.

Congratulations and welcome to the new joiners to the thread. Smile

Like lots of you I've got a few little stretching pains. No big pregnancy symptoms yet other than tiredness. But I've forgotten what it's like not to be tired!

Mrsc020987 · 28/10/2013 20:21

It's hard and really round just my tummy...bring on the baggy tops and leggings for the foreseeable I'm so uncomfortable!! How do you guys get these early scans booked?? I have to wait 3 weeks for booking in!

jaykay987 · 28/10/2013 22:13

Private Im afraid. But worth every penny to me as Im dying gor someone to mkae this bfp seem real!

I still don't even know when my booking in will be as I haven't heard from my midwife since the gp referral though it's only been a week it seems like forever to me!

MrsB2013 · 28/10/2013 22:35

I've felt really bloated today too! It doesn't help that I'm eating quite a lot of carbs, but I'm making the most of enjoying my food before MS starts!!

I've been quite teary tonight :( I think it's finally sinking in that this is real, and somehow I've got to get this baby out! I know there is a long way to go yet, but I've put off having a baby till now because I'm absolutely terrified of giving birth. I actually want a CS but not sure how I go about it?

spinningirl10 · 29/10/2013 06:41

Morning all,

Much better nights sleep for me and tummy pains seem to have gone Grin

MrsB.....you can discuss your concerns with your midwife. I may opt for ECS this time as I had to have emergency cs last time. I'm looking forward to seeing me midwife and getting her opinion. although my notes from my previous dc will not be available any more!

OP posts:
FoxtrotOscarBackToEconomy · 29/10/2013 06:57

MrsB do a search on the childbirth board. There's lots of people who have asked the same as you for ELCS. I would find some threads for you now but I'm on my phone so not easy! Must do some work now! Have a good day everyone.

spinningirl10 · 29/10/2013 16:33

Ooh it's really quiet on here today.....hope everyone's doing ok :)

I'm feeling fine now, no more stomach pains which I'm relieved about!

Still feel sick but I can live with that :)

OP posts:
AhoyMcCoy · 29/10/2013 17:30

Evening all! I couldn't help it- bought ANOTHER test today "just to be sure" as I'd only used cheapies before, and this time I bought the clear blue one that dates you, and it confirmed I'm 4-5weeks, which feels good!

Iv hidden all my tests in a drawer, which DH has helpfully renamed my "pee drawer" as he says there must be so much pee in that drawer!! Grin

Not really any symptoms yet (but my symptoms didn't kick in til 6-7 weeks last time).

4+5

spinningirl10 · 29/10/2013 18:09

Ooooh Ahoy I thought they only dated you up to 3+

I shall be buying more now :)

4w+4
