PramofGod · 18/10/2013 19:30

Just getting used to used to my new name again.
I wonder how long I last this time.
Fellow Prams are we ready?

Beccadugs · 18/10/2013 19:38

MCprammer nope, we are keeping the sex a secret! Never has a pornographer looked so relieved as it was so squirmy!!

Dabarai · 18/10/2013 19:38

Maybe we could have a competition, trying to guess who is who, while giving clues... :) Trying to catch up with thread. Haaaard. can;t wait for the baby scan and a Big reveal on Tuesday. Anyone else finding out baby gender on Tuesday? Big hugs to everyone!

JK10 · 18/10/2013 20:03

Sorry to spoil the buzz but does anyone ever feel like they need some time away on their own to then come home and appreciate how lucky they are?

BadlyWrittenPoem · 18/10/2013 20:08

JK I certainly feel like I could use some time away on my own.

PramChowder · 18/10/2013 20:17

Gosh yes JK you're not alone with that thought.

JK10 · 18/10/2013 20:21

I'm so pleased i'm not the only one who feels like it! I'm totally knackered, non stop all day everyday haven't been on here forever, snapping at my kids and feel I spend all day everyday making sure everyone else is okay! Sorry I'm feeling unappreciated by OH and kids and fed up!! And just think a night away from them may make them understand all i do and make me realise how lucky i am!! Im now having panicking thoughts about how I'm gonna manage and cope with another member to our family and feeling like such a crap mum that I can feel myself taking my exhaustion out on my 4 kids, when actually they aren't even being naughty! They are just being kids. Sort myself out u stupid stupid selfish woman!!!

apprenticemamma · 18/10/2013 20:24

jk10 I only have one dc and feel that need! Are you the lady expecting number five or do I mix u up? In which case well justified..Heard a good comedian the other night on radio4 'sometimes I'd like to be dead. just for a couple of hours and then come back, just enough time to read the Sunday papers in peace' ...

PramsEar · 18/10/2013 20:29

Wow didn't realise the name Pram would be so popular!Wink

The family felt the bump wriggling about this eve. Even the cats joined in with the hand paw feeling of bump!

Have had a much better day today after spending yesterday in agony whenever I moved. Lovely deep bubbly bath and good night sleep did the trick. Smile

Am starting to be able to eat more food and not feel nauseous all the time which is fab.

Big hug to all those feeling low. And a slap to the back of the head to all the inconsiderate hubbies/partners. Hmmph! Hope you have a better day tomorrow and the other halves become more enlighten overnight.

apprenticemamma · 18/10/2013 20:34

is that u pram? or are you another pramposter ?

PramSandwiches · 18/10/2013 20:35

Had a lovely vegetarian shepherds pie for dinner!

Think I'm starting to feel some movement - hope so!

JK10 · 18/10/2013 20:36

Yeah I'm the one!! Due with number 5! Love that quote!! OH no doubt will have a stinking hangover tomorrow, then he is out again tomorrow night. Hoping enlightenment will come soon!!

I have no idea whom I'm talking to other than apprentice!!

apprenticemamma · 18/10/2013 20:36

psychopramGrin

JK10 · 18/10/2013 20:37

And BWP

IceNoSlice · 18/10/2013 20:45

Jk Tis a cunning show of Pram solidarity. I would be IcePramticus but it seems to be more hassle to change than I had anticipated. You'll work it out Grin

apprenticemamma · 18/10/2013 20:49

jk I think it was the one show on Wednesday night. Her delivery was hilarious. After a long day at work and on way home to certain carnage it make me larf Grin

think u should treat yourself to a small glass of wine.

I'm meant to be going out to see a reggae band with oh. Someone scrape me off the couch , push me into the shower and push me out into the wind and rain. Not appealing to me!

PramsEar · 18/10/2013 20:49

Ice - if I can fig out how to name-change so can you! Grin

Prams are running amok! Tee hee!

GameOfPrams · 18/10/2013 20:55

JK10, you sound like you just need to let off steam. Would it help to remember how you felt when you decided to have your eighteenth fifth child? You must have a super family and smashing kids to have even considered another. Life is sometimes unbearably stressful and it sounds like you just need to take stock. Yes, going away alone would do the trick but there are other ways of being still without running away. Have you told your DH exactly how you feel? Here, have this: Cake it's fucking smothered in fudge.

I really am guffawing at these Pram spoonerisms. Th'usband is snorting appreciatively at every single one that I shout out to him.

GameOfPrams · 18/10/2013 20:56

Oh! IcePramticus is downright fucking genius. I insist you stop being a technophobe and change your name immediately

Rockchick1984 · 18/10/2013 20:56

Hi all, sorry I've not been around today. Apprentice I've got a low lying anterior placenta, sonographer told me they almost always move but I'm being scanned at 34 weeks to check. Hoping it does - Caesarian is the polar opposite of the home birth I'm planning!

JK me and DS went and had a night away at my mums the other week, DH was soooooo loving and kept ringing to say how much he missed us, I'd definitely recommend it (although in your shoes I'd leave the kids at home with him).

Trying not to be mardy today, will be back to normal tomorrow but decided it was easier to avoid any form of social media otherwise I'd only say something stupid!

GameOfPrams · 18/10/2013 21:00

Reggae. Isn't that an anagram of 'fucking shit'? Or 'Lilt'?

FatalPramaction · 18/10/2013 21:15

Pregnancy risk assessment - not a chance! Didn't get one last time either. My boss's attitude is we will just try and push these things forward so they can be done before you leave - hence worked until midnight on Mon, 1.15am on Tues and midnight on Wed. Now exhausted and grumpy, have a mountain of work home this weekend and in tmrw morning. Still...it'll be half term in a week!

Where do you get these nearly 2 yr olds who sleep 3 HOURS during the day! Seriously.

PramsEar · 18/10/2013 21:15

Th'usband is a bit concerned by all the sniggering from this corner. Oh 'eck will need to buy super wee pads for all the Prams unable to contain their bladders!
