I know what you mean lolablu. In my case I don't have it set to pages - it's just one continuous stream of posts, so it's easier to read but easy to miss posts. If I've ignored anyone's post, I promise it's not on purpose - it's hard to find where I've left off the night before or before I went out when my settings are like this, but I find it easier than the pages setting.

Sorry if I've offended anyone.

Ditto what thepfj said. Also, sometimes I check this when I'm on hold on a work call, or when waiting for a meeting to start so I have to be quick - I don't have time to reply to everything, it's not that I don't care, I just don't want to get sacked or to miss the end of Breaking Bad or something
Sometimes I notice my posts go without replies but it doesn't really bother me. I assume others don't have loads of time to devote to mn too. Either that or you all think I have cooties

If you need or want an urgent reply or an Internet hand holding, just ask. I mean, it's still early days for many of us, we don't really know each other that well yet. We'll all grow into our mutual support roles.

Not sure if other people do this, but I'm more inclined to post on a weekday. Makes me a terrible worker but I usually check in a few times a day as a break from work, whereas on a weekend I'm often doing stuff all the time and don't look as often.

Sorry if you've ever thought that missed posts were specifically directed at you Lolablu, I can understand how that could happen if a few of yours had been missed, but I honestly think it's just a very fast moving thread and missed posts would even out over all of us.

Midwife tmrw! Yay. Still won't know my dates until next Monday with dating scan though. But so excited to doing something pg related. It still feeling so unreal (as many of us already saying!)

Had a shit couple of weeks. Extreme tiredness and a little nausea. But mostly, a woman at work (aged only 53) hospitalised with bleed on the brain. She died a week past and funeral on Thursday gone. It really makes you re-evaluate and take stock. And grateful for all the little things.

Don't want to bring anyone down, quite the opposite. This lady was amazing and it was lovely to hear so many people say how amazing she was. Shame she probably had no idea. So I've gone out of my way to make sure people know I appreciate them. And that includes all of you. This has been a great place to be and share - what is still, in the real world - my secret pregnancy

I've had a lovely weekend with DS & DD AND have managed not one cross word with DH! How long will it last?...

McRedHead not one cross word for a whole weekend?! I wish I could manage that! DP got a mouthful off me just now, said wow your not carrying this one well! Your showing big time already! Told him to fu*k off its bloating and I feel shit enough already! He quickly took himself to bed duly chastised.

I don't think it's an issue when people don't reply - there are 100 of us on here, if we each replied to everyone's post we wouldn't get anywhere. We are here to support each other and need to take each other the way we are - whether we reply to posts or miss the odd one - otherwise this just becomes another place with rules and expectations, where we should be able to relax and enjoy being women together sharing a blessed journey.

Just what I think, and what I hope for this thread.

Boogies I agree if we did all reply to each post we'd be on thread 100 already! There are an aweful lot of us HOT mammas on here (yes, even though half of us are throwing our guts up and half of the rest feel like they're going to!), if someone feels that a post was important to them be it for emotional support or a yay for you, re-post it and make it bold then we'll know that you need a cuddle/bit of support etc.

Think the idea of bolding when we need virtual hand-holding/advice/virtual hugs/any other important mommy stuff is good mumof2

Example of baby brain DH bro got married saturday we leave, were they got married to go to reception, giving lift to DH perants, DH says were are the car keys? i say you have them. an hour later and LOTs of people trying to help us find keys, i find them in my bag i wish the ground had swallowed me hehehe and DH was cool about it im glad it was not the other way round hehehe

Lol Chip ive lost one of our back door keys and cant find it for love nor money, OH hasnt noticed though and key doesn't give away our address so....oh well. Plus we have a wolf looking dog to contend with, although she runs away from her own shadow Im sure it'll turn up.

thistle not sure if it's something to do with the app, but sometimes when I see your posts I think for a second that you're writing in haiku because of the way the sentence goes down to another line halfway through pg brain is taking over.

mcred - that's what happened to my mum. She dropped dead at 56. It's just so devastating when it happens to someone you know/love but at least she didn't suffer.
