We are name brainstorming...

NoMaybeAboutIt · 29/09/2013 11:25

Ooh, what have you come up with Keep? If you want to share that is Wink

boo I'm glad you all had a great day.

keep we were also discussing names (I'm sure it's a boy) however Dp came up with some awful suggestions. Just not my style at all.

I went to a night at the races last night. My sisters organised it, we spent yesterday buying the last price for the auction race and I won it. So we are having a nights stay in Dublin in a gorgeous hotel, not until end of November. I can't wait.

Today was spent celebrating two of my little cousins birthdays. One is 8 tomorrow, the other is one on Tuesday. Brother and sisters.

Had an awful nights sleep last night so hoping I'll get a better night tonight.

How is everyone else?

NoMaybeAboutIt · 29/09/2013 19:45

I bet you're all going to sleep well tonight Boo!! Will there be pics on fb? I hope so Smile

That sounds amazing Pen! Roll on November!! MrM and I are struggling to agree on girls names. We sorted for a big though!

EverythingIsTicketyBoo · 29/09/2013 19:52

Indeed there will Maybe :) my SIL (a photographer) came along and was snap happy :):)

Hi ladies i have been limiting my time on MN as had some upsetting news on another thread. I find it really hard not to be emotional when negatives happen but I know it is the way of the world.

Hope Trix & Maybe you are feeling a bit better. You two have really been through the wringer with your pregnancies. Trix glad you saw the Dr.

Boo I hope there will be FB pictures of the party too, hope you all had a fantastic day and toddlyboo enjoyed himself.

Pen well done on winning the night at a swanky hotel in Dublin. There is THE best coffee shop in Dublin called Queen of Tarts, do you know it? I can highly recommend it if you get time.

Keep how are you getting with the names? Have you agreed on anything yet? We have our short lists but I am think we will wait until they arrive to be sure.
I only have 5 weeks left at work too, I am handing over all my work next week then I will just be floating covering colleagues holidays and doing admin tasks generally slacking off until mat leave kicks in

I have had a very cute washing line this weekend after washing all the little vests and babygros we have bought. I have even put them all in the little wardrobe and drawers now they have been built. DH has done a great job building everything, only a few more items to build and then the wall stickers to put up. I will post some pictures when all done.

NoMaybeAboutIt · 29/09/2013 20:33

Oh Sweetie are you ok lovely? We are all here if you need us x

The nursery sounds amazing. Can't wait to see some photos of it!! Is time flying for you at the moment? Or has it stopped dead again like the first 12 weeks?

I'm off to the docs again tomorrow, hopefully they'll have some inspirational advice Wink

How you doing now Trix?

SweetieTime · 29/09/2013 20:43

Maybe time is really whizzing by now, it really seemed to stand still at first. The time between each scan was an age but now it is the opposite. I can not believe it is 7 weeks since our 20 week scan and I only have 10 weeks left to my 37 week due date. OMG I will be assisted sneezing before I know it.

Hope all goes well at the Drs tomorrow. I saw Dino posted about the inspirational advice her consultant gave her while hooked up to a drip for HG - eat ginger biscuits!!! Not exactly helpful. Hope you get much better advice.

NoMaybeAboutIt · 29/09/2013 20:47

10 weeks Shock where has the time gone?! You will be sneezing two brooking babies into the world in no time at all Smile.

If I hear 'ginger' tomorrow, I will not be held responsible for my actions Wink

keepitgoing · 30/09/2013 09:10

sweetie sorry to hear about the other thread. Dib and dab ate doing just great though. I agree time is going fast. Unfortunately my work is ramping up rather than down, so I'm quite jealous of you.

Just back from whooping cough and flu jabs :) Forgot to take my mat notes though, whoops. Now have nct ladies only this morning, then working this afternoon.

Names... We have about three brilliant girls names, inc middle names. Not there on boys, but closer than we were. It's so weird to think one of these names is our baby's name.

kitty its almost tomorrow!! At last!! And solars' 20 week scan is Wednesday.

maybe hope the doctor is useful.

boo glad the party was fun

sparks why are you telling us that sneezing hurts. Argh.

trix how are you feeling?

NoMaybeAboutIt · 30/09/2013 10:50

How exciting Keep Smile. Glad you're all jabbed up too. What does the ladies only session consist of?

Docs at 2.30 with the lovely GP that sorted all my fertility tests out. How ironic.

Solars lovely are you ok? You haven't been about for a bit. Hope all is well x

How you feeling today Pen?

How excited are you Kitty?! Tonight will be a sleepless one me thinks Wink

Are you still worn out from yesterday Boo?!

cartoontrickster · 30/09/2013 11:56

I'm much better thanks. don't seem to have had any more braxton hicks and although I do still hurt its not so constant.
maybe have u been to the doc?
anyone like to share thier name choices? we can't agree on anything! good we've got plenty of time really.

NoMaybeAboutIt · 30/09/2013 12:06

I'm glad it's eased off a bit Trix. I'm going at 2.30.

Names. Right, we love Teddy for a boy, short for Theodore. Girls we are struggling with. The only names we agree in are Ruby, which I think is now too popular, and Molly. I love a lot of the more unusual ones, but MrM is having none of it Hmm
