Are your children’s vaccines up to date?
bouncysmiley · 18/09/2013 07:14

Found you! So sorry covent. Welcome newbies.

I had my booking in on Friday. I have been referred for an early scan due to previous eptopic. Just waiting on the date.

Cybercat · 18/09/2013 07:21

Thank you mo2af4!

mumof2aimingfor4 · 18/09/2013 07:28

When are you due Cybercat? I tried to be nosey on stats page but cant see you. Sorry trying to distract myself from my crazy 9 year old (its her birthday today).

lolablu · 18/09/2013 08:09

hey bannana.. It sounds like you n me are in the same boat. This baby is a honeymoon baby after my wedding this summer. Im 30 in may (2 weeks before edd).

Had a really tired and sicky feeling day yesterday, but thats probably my own fault for not eating well.

Hope everyones ok this am..

mumof2aimingfor4 · 18/09/2013 08:26

lola mines due 3 days before my 30th but mine tend to come early so hopefully will stay on that track!

MasterFlea · 18/09/2013 08:49

Oh Convent. I'm so sorry to hear your news. Look after yourself and i give my best wishes to your embies. Thanks

I still don't have any symptoms other than Thrush. i only get the damn thing if I am on the pill or pregnant.

I'm living in Finland and am putting off going to see my midwife until week 10. Her ultrasound machine is antiquated and when carrying dd2 I went at 6 weeks and was almost misdiagnosed with a mc as they couldn't see anything.

thistlelicker · 18/09/2013 08:50

Morning!!!

MasterFlea · 18/09/2013 08:55

Cybercat. The sauna thing is rubbish. Most finns have saunas in their homes and can take saunas the whole way through pregnancy. Our sauna would usually be at 80degrees C.

And i think the hotness is because we are factories now. I feel a bit hotter now too.

moominleigh94 · 18/09/2013 09:19

Really struggled to sleep last night. Cold is on its way out, replaced by a chesty cough. Me having this isn't going to harm the baby, is it?

snoozysleeper · 18/09/2013 11:29

Sorry to hear that covent Flowers

Also sorry to hear you're feeling poorly moomin if you need reassurance I would just see your gp because they can listen to your chest and examine you, hope you feel better soon!

moominleigh94 · 18/09/2013 11:36

If ms is anything to go by, baby's healthy... can't keep food down in the mornings Sad hate being sick Sad

Thanks snoozy, going to try and register with a doctor up here today.

ThunderbumsMum · 18/09/2013 12:00

I'm out too, unfortunately. It's looking like a mmc - I know I'm 7+2 and baby measuring 5 weeks. Best of luck to all of you with your pregnancies.

thistlelicker · 18/09/2013 12:02

So sorry thumb x

moominleigh94 · 18/09/2013 12:02

So sorry to hear that Thunder, take care of yourself. My thoughts are with you and your family Thanks

loopylou52 · 18/09/2013 12:03

Oh no Thunder I'm so sorry! Will they do a repeat scan in a week or something to check for growth? Take care Thanks

loopylou52 · 18/09/2013 12:06

Sorry to hear you're feeling rough moomin. I had to take today off sick as I'm feeling rubbish - feel achey and weak as well as nauseous. I had a virus around the time I got pregnant so I'm kind of hoping it's still that and not something that's going to last another few weeks!

OrangeMochaFrappucino · 18/09/2013 12:27

So sorry to hear your news, Covent and Thunder Flowers

I have been feeling less tired and nauseous over the past few days. Mw advising me to think positive but can't help worrying it's a bad sign. Still have symptoms but just a bit better than I was. She said unless I have bleeding or pain it's a case of wait til the 12 week scan and try not to worry but as I was so sick in my first pregnancy I can't believe I'd be lucky enough to not get it this time and still have a healthy baby...

In other news, I'm a teacher and we've got Ofsted in so very nervous about going into work tomorrow!

OrangeMochaFrappucino · 18/09/2013 12:28

Oh and am 8+0 today.

Cybercat · 18/09/2013 12:35

I am so very sorry thunder. I can't believe a second lady has had this news.

I haven't added myself to the sheet yet but due May 20th all being well.

Chip86 · 18/09/2013 12:54

Oh Thunder im so sorry to hear your news Thanks look after yourself my thoughts are with you and your family x

Hendricks · 18/09/2013 13:01

Sorry to hear your news covent and thunder Flowers

Congratulations to the new joiners (and apologies for not being able to remember names Blush)

Went to see the midwife yesterday to get put on the system to get things rolling, so I now have my notes and a minute pot for urine samples - these things are definitely designed by a man! The MW who will do most of my appointments at the GP surgery is very pro homebirth Grin so hopefully I'll get the okay for that. Should get an appointment sent through for my scan in a week or so

Next appointment is a week on Friday and is one that's been introduced since number 2 was born that they're calling a screening appointment when I think they'll do blood tests, weight and more questions. Apparently it's 45minutes long and as it's in the afternoon is likely to be running way over so I've been told to take something to eat, drink and do. I am wondering if it means I can persuade DH to have McDonalds for tea, seeing as we have to pass it to get home..

Tiredness still coming and going and still not very interested in food. Run club tonight though, so will definitely have to make sure I eat something beforehand.

Hope everyone's doing okay.

5+5

Chip86 · 18/09/2013 13:02

Oh moomin im sorry to hear your so ill but take it as a good sign and that its all going to be fine.

Jelly i not been sick yet was coming out the other end yesterday,

Actualy thats quit a lot is'nt it
Im 6+1 today

CoffeeGuzzler · 18/09/2013 13:06

So sorry Thunder!!

Why is this thread being struck by such terrible luck? Or are mmcs really that common?

Banana I am 6 weeks today and have no nausea at all. Slightly sore boobs, mild cramps and a sudden inability to sleep through the night is all.

Chip86 · 18/09/2013 13:10

Wow hendricks that sounds amazing you have got loads sorted
I went to my GP today as yesterday i had scan she has sent off all my details so hope to get an appointment soon yay
