Bake Off is cheering me up after an afternoon of stress from the kids; part of me was thinking I shouldn't have taken the anti-sickness meds so I could have the excuse to stay in bed!!! Hate needles but as long as it's just a bit of blood I can cope...I have a lovely fruity vein that's never failed me yet. The rest sounds less than riveting...maybe I can convince her to get her doppler out Grin

Well threw up for 1st time this eve.. DH cooked so.not sure if linked?! :-D Who got scan on Wed as have lost track? I do and feeling very anxcious having suffered mcs in past. Am sure it'll be fine judging by how exhausted.& nausac I am. Apologises.if typing is odd doing on.phone... tend to go random!

Mmmm bake off. Shame I only have boring old medium sliced whole meal bread. In the freezer. Considering cracking open a box of cherry bake wells to make up for it.

DP and I both had to have blood taken last time at the hospital. I went first and when it was his turn he sat in the chair and started putting on the tourniquet thingy by himself while the nurses were talking, pulling it tight with his teeth. I said he was making himself look like a drug addict and the whole room cracked up Grin I swear he's nothing of the sort.

Pram, how can you know sushi is disgusting if you've never tried it? Wink
And what's this about the worms being in the fish, not the sushi? Which bit are y'all thinking of as the sushi? The sushi is the rice and fish combined!
