Hi girls thought as that thread it quite full we could start a new one here.
Hope you don't mind pink.
How you girls all feeling today? I swear I keep forgetting I'm pregnant when symptoms disappear randomly. But I'm at such early stages, one of the babies of the bunch at just 5+2

I have an appointment at 11.20, although I am very annoyed with the foreign doctor who I spoke to on the phone, who said, if your miscarrying, your miscarrying, you will just have to deal with it, as there is nothing we will do Angry

leanne that is very disrespectful. I would be very annoyed and angry by that comment so insensitive. I would complain for the insensitivity but I do complain I just feel that although there may not be much that can be done the emotional harm that could happen is important and shouldnt be passed over esp by a doctor.

I do hope everything is ok Leanne and you can always vent on here.

bunnygoesbang · 22/08/2013 08:48

We seem to have a lot of doctors that are seeing all this in very medical terms forgetting we are people with emotions that require a little sympathy.
Fear is not something to be passed off they should have a little sensitivity And provide support and reassurance in a better way.

I have decided if I am sick today I'm getting the prescription I can't function like this and if so many people have been taking them for year then it has to be ok. It's got to be better than staying in all the time being sick

BoobsTooBig · 22/08/2013 11:33

Welcome mamabear- the scans that we are all getting early privately booked ones mostly. Mine cost £75 in Southamton.
Tea1sugar- I'm a bit bunged up too have to say Blush

I get SOOOO bloated in the evenings even DH ask if I had been on the scales lately clearly hint hint your getting fat already kinda thing.
I have love handles like proper obvious ones this all just happend in the last 4 days I would say before then just normal me.
I might just cut out the sweets and wheat cos I'm clearly going to be one of those that blows up like a balloon. Shock

Congratulations to all those who got to see their babies heartbeats, wonderful news!

Wicked I am so sorry to hear what you are going through, I hope you are ok xxx

My morning sickness kicked in a few weeks ago, around week 5 I think, but it was all day nauseous feeling with occasional vomiting every few days. Howveer, I am now 8+2 and the last few days has seen a definite pattern emerge. 6am puking up stomach acid, then 7pm puking up whatever is left in my stomach (usually the coffee morning biscuit I nibbled before leaving work to stave off nausea on the train).

What is weird is that I find after I have finished being sick and rinsed out my mouth (and my nose, yuck) I have to eat immediately, which seems bizarre.

I have my booking in appt on 2nd Sept when I will be 9+6

bunnygoesbang · 22/08/2013 11:58

Really miserable with the sickness it's making me feel so down because I can't cook for my family and I can't go anywhere in case I'm sick. I just feel so bad and headaches everyday.
Going to buy Iceland out of ready meals nevermind the fat or salt content getting food in me and keeping it in is my top priority maybe then I will feel a bit better and happier

ThedementedPenguin · 22/08/2013 12:39

Things are so different this time. So my booking in appointment is on the 27th August.

Normally we have booking in and scan at the same time but not this time. They have been separated.

I also have 5 pages of questions to fill out. It's nuts

leanne239 · 22/08/2013 14:04

I have a scan tomorrow at 11 am, so fingers crossed everything is ok x

Isean · 22/08/2013 14:44

Hello, can I tentatively join you ladies on this thread please?

I got my BFP yesterday morning (and afternoon and this morning and finally on a CB digi this afternoon)

Tea1Sugar · 22/08/2013 14:58

Hi isean - congrats, when are you due?

Still no sickness for me yet or any real symptoms apart from tender/sore nipples and constipation.

5+0

Pineapplefreak · 22/08/2013 15:03

Hi all, I'm back, been a while but I've been seriously suffering.

Nausea is unbelievable compared to last time, really struggling to get through each day. Think I'm going to have to tell my boss, as I'm sure he's noticed I haven't been around as much. I'm on the road but show my face in the office daily.

I'm 7+6, and have a scan booked for 9+6 (they do them so early in NI) so only two weeks to wait.

Suffering from belly bloat here too. I had a relatively flat stomach but it has blown up beyond recognition, I look about 20 weeks and its not just bloat all over like I get with my intolerances, its a proper round sticky out bump. Having to undo top button and generally hide my stomach area. This happened last time too and disappeared at about 12 weeks with no real bump then until about 18wks, but this is crazy!

Doc suggested it may be twins, because of the really bad nausea - I nearly died, but the massive belly has me thinking about it more.

Isean · 22/08/2013 15:04

Hi tea
Going by the due date calculator on here my due date will be around 30th April.
I'm getting quite a lot of cramping, sore boobs and bloated like a balloon! Still very early days for me though.

I think I am 4+3

Pineapplefreak · 22/08/2013 15:09

leanne only seeing your posts now, hope everything works out ok for you.

Congrats to the new BFP's btw!

runninggirl85 · 22/08/2013 15:15

Congratulations Isean :-)

Tired is all i feel today. Boobs are fine now (although a lot bigger and tender on the sides) , don't really feel sick, not much of an appetite though. But i am exhausted. I woke up at 6am..did some work (i work from home), went back to bed at 9am - 10am, got up - bit more work, went to the gym and did a slllooow run, then came home around 1pm and slept until 3pm!

I'm working away this weekend and am dreading it as its a 4 hour drive and i have to be on site from 7am - 8pm and then back again the next day 8am - 6pm then 4 hours home.. not sure i'm going to make it :-(

runninggirl85 · 22/08/2013 15:16

good luck leanne let us know xx

Isean · 22/08/2013 15:21

Just wondering...is this the right bus thread for me? Or should I be on the May one? Confused

dirtyface · 22/08/2013 15:32

Isean · 22/08/2013 15:34

The due date calculators on here and NHS say 30th April, so was unsure.

dirtyface · 22/08/2013 15:44

i'd stick to this one then :o

god i am so tired today

who has got other dcs? i have 2 and they are running me ragged, i cannot wait till next week when they are back at school

Misty9 · 22/08/2013 16:05

Hi all
I too am feeling unbelievably awful with the constant nausea. Struggling to function and can't see how I'm going to get through another who knows how many weeks of this - one week has almost broken me :( I have got the pills though - and bunny I think you're def better off taking them and feeling vaguely normal. I stupidly didn't take it today and suffering for that decision. They take a while to act and also make me feel spaced out.

I'm feeling pretty ambivalent towards the cause of all this suffering too :(

Leanne - hope the scan goes well
Wicked - so sorry to hear your news :(

Misty9 · 22/08/2013 16:06

6+5 btw
