Hiya ladies! Hope u are all doing well, havent had a chance to carch up on threads yet as ive just come out of hospital having had a liitle girl by emergency ceserean last wed. 7 weeks early due to severe eclamptic attack which developed into HELLP syndrome. Very scary but so chuffed we had a little girl! Shes called Josie and she weighed 3lb 9. Shes in neonatal unit doing very well with no help breathing. Feeding her expressed milk via a tube.

Oh Em Gee!!! Congratulations Pinklady on the very first baby! Hope Josie doesn't have to stay in NICU for long. There must have been a few hairy moments but so so glad she and you are well.

Welcome Josie! 3lb 9oz is a great weight and fab that she is breathing unaided and that you are managing to give her expressed milk! Huge well done on that front. I am so happy that you are all ok, and I hope she comes home soon x

Well after all the new baby excitement it has promoted me to get my arse in gear, especially considering I'm at reasonable risk of similar circumstances.
So I'm going to wake up properly, drag DS to Brent Cross and maybe even the big shiny Mothercare at Edmonton and buy a few things for my bag.
