Oooh, does it, Book? That's good to know. DH is all for going private if we can't sort it.
Yes please, chin her. Her name is Jane. The lady I spoke to this morning, whose name I don't know, was absolutely lovely, though, so don't get the wrong one :o
I'm still worried about a MMC, even though I've never got to this point in a pregnancy without everything being fine. I'm sure it's fine, but I think I'd built myself up so much yesterday that the meltdown when I didn't make the scan was inevitable.
I'm feeling far less sick now, which is a good thing (although worrying me, despite it being normal, because I haven't had the scan!). And I definitely have a bump, which is ridiculous. Mind you, with 3 fibroids in there, one of which is the size of a tennis ball, I am unsurprised! It's annoying, though, because I refuse to buy any clothes until after the scan (in case it's wasted money). I was planning on shopping today!
What a lovely MW you have, Book :) And if one of those teenage boys was my DS, I'm sorry. I'm sure it wouldn't have been, but if he looked about 13 and was wearing a grammar school blazer, let me know and I'll lecture him as a preventative measure :o
enormouse, I'm sure you'll be fine to take DS with you. He'll be able to sit on your lap for most of the appointment anyway.
I love that you're all Raging on my behalf, you loons! It'll all work out one way or the other. I can't get too indignant really, seeing as it was my own fault. I get that, and I get the computer issue, and I will be sure to make those things clear in my complaint. It's only her attitude I have a problem with.
