Go sparks! Let today be B-day!! X

trix we have a girl's name, in fact lots, but no good boy one. Does that mean we're having a girl? Or a boy... :)

sweetie can't believe you said no to another scan! It's a long time to 20 weeks... ;)

Ooh, have your breakfast then get some rest, nothing to say they won't start up again later. Mr S is indeed trooper, Mr B would have stayed asleep so he would be awake enough to drive if needed :( he has actually done this twice now

I'd like to know what the feck is going on with my nipples. I haven't noticed any boob changes I don't think they're fuller/firmer in the slightest. but the past few days when I get up my nips seem to be all dry and crusty Blush its kinda white stuff. why?

yuk! I never really think about nipples having dry skin but I guess you can get dry skin everywhere. since I've been pregnant I've had a really dry patch same place on both legs strange!

keepitgoing · 25/06/2013 07:47

Yay sparks!!! That sounds like good news!

trix I have v dry itchy legs, is driving me mad...

ah sparks maybe you should reconsider that bj Grin . poor you.
there's something I've been wondering but not sure if its going to make me sound thick.Hmm when does the baby grow? as in through the day or night or all the time. will it be a fraction bigger at my scan this eve than it would be if I was scanned this morning iyswim. I know irs prob not enough to make a huge diff just wondered.

EverythingIsTicketyBoo · 25/06/2013 09:13

Sparks don't go, we luffs you but we love a labour symptom spot more WinkGrin

Trix I have absolutely no idea, about the baby growing, but the nip issue will be hormonal, you are possibly leaking little something which is drying or your skin is dry. Oh the joys of pregnancy.

Keep how's the packing going?

Sweetie how are you? I will have a couple of spare baby sized sleeping bags in neutral by the time the twins are here. Shall I save them for you?

OP posts:
RubberBullets · 25/06/2013 09:16

Trix I used to get that all the time. It stopped when I became pregnant with dd and I'm assuming it hasn't returned as I'm still bf. I do suffer from eczema which is primarily on my boobs though.

Sparks bounce on your ball, go for as long a walk as you can manage and PLAY HIDE THE SAUSAGE! :o

SweetieTime · 25/06/2013 09:17

Sparks don't leave us. It sounds like things might get moving very soon after last night. we are all brooking for you

trix I think baby will be growing a tiny bit all the time. The measures are so difficult to get I wouldn't think morning to evening wouldn't make much difference.

we are going to find out sexes if possible. we have started the name debate. we have sort of agreed on one boy name so far. I have a favourite girl name with dh isn't keen on but I will work on him and he has another boy name that I aren't keen on. we are agreed we want something a bit different but not too unusual to spell or that will cause ridicule later on.

SweetieTime · 25/06/2013 09:20

boo please save me as I am sure another meet up will be on the cards before I sneeze

Trix I moisturise my boobs as I am doing my tummy as my nips seem dry too. the joys!!!

cartoontrickster · 25/06/2013 09:43

I moisturise full body daily. but I guess pregnancy does funny things!
care to share the name ideas ladies? just cos I'm nosy!
I also like the more unusual names but worry about the child getting taken the piss out of. we did have a girl's name picked out (but this was a yr ago) until I over heard a rather Jeremy Kyle looking woman and her mother call the baby it. totally put me off.

SweetieTime · 25/06/2013 11:24

DH wants to call them Eric & Ernie or as a comprise Bert & Ernie. Hell will freeze over first.
I like Alice for a girl but don't think vowel names go with our surname. I like Ethan for a boy but again vowel issue.
What do you like?

keepitgoing · 25/06/2013 11:28

Ooh dh likes Ethan for a boy, I'm not convinced. Scarlett for a girl I think, though also like Bethany, Maya, Grace..

keepitgoing · 25/06/2013 11:31

boo I won't be packing for two weeks. It won't take too long and I hate being in a half packed place.

SweetieTime · 25/06/2013 11:34

I like Bethany and Grace too. I have more girl names on my maybe list. I am struggling with boys names. Unless I have some strong contenders we might end up with dh choice. DH did suggest if we can't agree we name one each. I am glad we have ages to think about it as it is so difficult

cartoontrickster · 25/06/2013 11:37

ohh such lovely names! I'm a fan of Scarlett too. we rather like Louis for a boy. the one I liked was Lilly-mae. I also like liliana or gorgiana. but I'm not sure if pronouncation would be an issue. also I prefer to use the whole name not the shorten version. if I wanted my child to be Lilly I would just call her Lilly! iyswim.

cartoontrickster · 25/06/2013 11:38

Alice and grace I liked. but dh knew a grace who was a bitch and has a cousin Alice.

RubberBullets · 25/06/2013 11:53

Eddie Irvine never sounded odd to me Sweetie

The ending of Alice would kind of merge with the start of your surname and I don't think that sounds bad either.

SweetieTime · 25/06/2013 12:02

bullets that is a good point. It never sounded odd to me either. maybe I should keep them on my list for now.
I wouldn't want something shortened either.
I am put off by names that are very popular as I have 4 friends with the same name as me and I would have liked to have been a bit more individual

SweetieTime · 26/06/2013 12:05

Hope everyone is ok, it is very quiet in here at moment.
What is with the pregnancy sleeping. Yesterday night I slept so well it was lovely. Last night I was equally tired went to bed same time but could I get to sleep? The answer to that is a big fat NO. I must have seen every hour pass on the clock. Now I am absolutely knackered. is this normal to lose your sleep pattern regardless how tired you are?

EverythingIsTicketyBoo · 26/06/2013 12:15

I'm afraid so Sweetie. Consider the sleeping bags yours, can't wait to arrange another meet up too :)
