I have been cramping all day and also expecting blood but nothing yet. Everytime I wipe I close my eyes and expect the worst. I'm having back pains that feel just like period pains- surely not a good sign.

Welcome & congrats to the newbies.

Everyone else feeling the twinges take it easy & rest up. There are loads of reasons for pains & spotting so try not to worry guys (easier said than done I know).

I actually had no pain for a almost a day on Friday & that actually worried me (oddly) it felt scarier to feel nothing but I guess that's just cause this is what being pregnant feels like to me.

DP came home tonight STINKING of garlic, the smell seems to have filled the entire house. I've been sick, not sure if its that or the start of MS, would serve me right for being so pleased with myself for avoiding it.

Thanks guys! I conceived naturally in the end! Complete surprise we had no luck for 2 years and never tracked an ovulation. I had only just started at the gym ready for our wedding in July and then I felt awful and bam BFP! How about you? I was gutted when I was diagnosed after our second and told probs no more babies as we knew we wanted one more so have everything crossed for this one xx

DS took about 6 months to conceive, briefly thought for a couple of days we'd try for DC2 and then decided to wait until after our holiday in July. Started being sick on Sunday and it just felt weird, took a test that I'd got spare and got BFP day before AF was due! Bit of a shock it happened so quick this time but really hoping everything goes ok

My scan date is April 15th feels ages away :(

A friend was telling me she paid 75 pounds for an early 8 week scan, heard the heartbeat and felt reassured. I'm def going to do that. How has it only been 3 days since I got my BFP, feels like years argh!

Welcome and congrats to all the newbies. Haven't been on for a while as I'm trying to get to grips with my daily injections for this pregnancy, legs are looking like a patchwork of bruises at the moment but is slowly getting easier.

Well, it was definitely a bug I had. DH came home from work last night early looking awful. Filled him full of medication and he's been asleep ever since - excluding the story he had to listen to at bedtime with DS.

clatty have you googled? Also, is that normal to have those blood tests or do you have to ask for them? Because of my PCOS and the fact I needed clomid, I really want tests to see if the pregnancy is developing/holding in case I need some kind of injections or something?

theboob I went to my midwife appointment yesterday. They do the first at 8 weeks in my area. The midwife still used my last period to calculate my EDD. But she said it will be adjusted at my 12 week scan. Not sure what they would do in your case as you must be over 12 weeks in their books! Maybe you will be rushed through to the dating scan?

Hi boob! Why see your periods so irregular - pcos? Any idea about ovulation timing (presume not)? Have you done a clear blue digi - they tell you if you're def over 3 weeks? Congrats, how long were you trying?

Morning all, I'm soo tired despite sleeping from 8pm yesterday. My dh thinks its impossible for someone to sleep soo much.

periods always been regular as clockwork , had implant changed in Dec but had unprotected sex in the 7 days after , tested negative so had implant out beginning of feb , still no Af so just got on with it .Longest time AF has been missing so no idea what happened , always had Af with implant in the past .
Midwife calling today to arrange booking in ,no idea when I ovulated , I hope I do have a scan asap as I'm a planner and I need to plan
