Well you know from your 20 week scan that twinkle is just fine, and you can feel him moving and heard his heart, I keep telling myself as long as baby is ok, I can take care of everything else. What time is your scan tomorrow?

Sparks some people have lots of fluid, some only a little but they can still produce healthy babies.

At the Dr today to sort my referral to the mw and he didn't bother taking my blood pressure. Last time I was told I needed to see the Dr for this but obviously not this time! Also he said that my lovely mw has broken her leg so isn't working at the moment. Fingers crossed she is back to work for my booking appointment as she knows what I'm like with needles. 5+6 today and this is when my ms started last time. I feel like a ticking bomb that could go off at any moment, even though I'm not feeling sick in the slightest Confused

EverythingIsTicketyBoo · 02/04/2013 13:40

Oh just realised we x posted again, yes quite well controlled and I am very well looked after by the diabetic team at the hospital.

Jen you will be sick, I promise!

JenFreggle · 02/04/2013 13:48

I was kind of hoping that I did enough last time to cover this pregnancy as well :o Surely spending most of the day with my head in the loo, every day for 9 weeks was enough?

EverythingIsTicketyBoo · 02/04/2013 13:50

Well yes, maybe you filled your quota last time, maybe this time you will get away with a little light nausea in the morning.

Munxx · 02/04/2013 14:18

jen my ms was much much less severe with teeny Munx than it was with wee Munx.

Thanks again for the lansinoh btw! I really needed it.

Big congrats to you, keep and all other diffed Brookers

EverythingIsTicketyBoo · 02/04/2013 22:17

Hiya Sparks just popping on to brook for you tomorrow.

GreenOlives · 03/04/2013 08:31

Good luck for the scan sparks, Im sure twinks is just fine. My hairdresser measured 8 weeks ahead of dates cue lots of panic, extra scans and induction at 39 weeks. Her lovely boy was 9lbs so although above average he was not a giant!! And by the time I went into labour I was measuring bang on yet I still had an almost 11lber! Like boo said its highly likely that twinks will be tall so that may well be why you're measuring bigger. Let us know how the scan goes. x

Keep don't worry about symptoms, mind sort of crept up on me after about 6-7 weeks, but wind is normal.

Take a book tomorrow Sparks otherwise they are the most boring 2 hours ever, and you can't even have a snack to keep you going!

JenFreggle · 03/04/2013 11:26

Glad to hear everything is ok Sparks

6+0 today and I'm so bloated it's ridiculous. I'm wearing the trousers I was wearing while heavily pregnant and they feel tight Confused Last night I was so tired I went to bed at 8 and got up this morning at 10:30 Shock

BartletForTeamGB · 03/04/2013 12:37

Maybe it is twins, jen. Wink

Great news, sparks. Grin

keep, another one saying don't worry about symptoms. I feel great until about 8 weeks and then it all starts going pear-shaped (or toilet shaped - even my DS now plays being sick in the toilet!)

scarletfingernail · 03/04/2013 17:51

Ooooh yes Jen it might be twins! Remember when Dream found out about hers? I'm sure I remember reading that twins are more likely if you conceive while BFing.

Not been here for a while. Chicken pox took over at home and RL has been quite hectic.

Can't remember who was relating MS or lack of with sex of baby. But I've never had MS with any of my pregnancies. Not once. And my successful ones were a DS and a DD.

Good luck sparks!!

I have v bad wind too, and it's not twins here jen. Yesterday I had lots of v small meals and lay down after dinner and it was a bit better. I've never had wind before, never knew how painful it could be!

Thanks Bartlett That is hilarious re your ds! 14 days to my scan...

I had my GTT at 28 weeks because my DM is diabetic

EverythingIsTicketyBoo · 04/04/2013 13:44

Glad it is all over for you Sparks hope you rewarded yourself with a lovely lunch. I will have a gtt when booby is 6 weeks old but only because I have gd, otherwise I have never been offered repeat gtt with teen or toddly.
