terrifiednewbie · 11/02/2013 22:28

sw London here too. i thought the ms had gone after a symptom free weekend but the London underground soon changed that! dreading the commute to work if the ms gets bad!

OrangeBlossom2 · 11/02/2013 22:31

Poor you terrifiednewbie, at least you have ms at a time of year when the tube isn't at it's most hot and sweaty! Hopefully you feel better soon.

tuckingfits · 11/02/2013 23:27

I'm on the west coast of Scotland. I can see 3 islands from my window!

tuckingfits · 11/02/2013 23:32

Best of luck for tomorrow pinkbuttons - fingers crossed for good news.

PenelopeLane · 12/02/2013 05:43

I'm in NZ - any other people here not in Europe?

Iheartcrunchiebars · 12/02/2013 06:44

Hardly any symptoms though I have a flu bug so it's hard to tell what's what.

Except it is 644am and I'm eating crisps for breakfast.....

Shitscaredandtrying · 12/02/2013 06:57

Pannacotta2013 · 12/02/2013 08:13

I'm in London (Bethnal Green).

I've woken up feeling really not pregnant today. Much less nausea, less sore breasts, clearer thinking. Its a bit frightening. I think I might ask for the blood tests to check.

Sephy · 12/02/2013 08:17

That's scary pannacotta, hope it's nothing. When might you be able to have the blood tests?

Happy pancake day everyone! Anyone going to join me in using lent as the perfect excuse to give up caffeine and alcohol for a few weeks? I'm hoping by Easter I'll be secure enough to tell close people.

xuntitledx · 12/02/2013 08:24

I'm in Manchester.

Quick question, I went to the GP's on Friday 1 Feb who advised he would be referring me to the ante-natal clinic but I haven't heard anything since then, would you chase this up yet or give it a few more days? If I need to chase, would I speak to the GP or try and contact the clinic directly?

xuntitledx · 12/02/2013 08:25

Oh also, thought I would mention - for any tea drinkers out there, PG Tips Decaf tastes just like the real thing! I've been very impressed...

Rockchick1984 · 12/02/2013 08:29

xuntitledx most areas don't contact you until you're 7 or 8 weeks, so depends how far along you are - my stupid area it's 11 weeks Angry

BirdsDoIt · 12/02/2013 08:43

I'm in south east London.

There are so many of us on this thread now! Slightly freaked out by wondering how many women sitting round me on this train into work might also be secretly pregnant...

mini28 · 12/02/2013 08:44

I'm in North London!

xuntitledx · 12/02/2013 09:09

Rockchick1984 - thanks for response, I'm just 7 weeks now so hopefully I'll hear something soon. I'll stop stressing now though!

HotSoupDumpling · 12/02/2013 09:10

tuckingfits - jealous of the island view!

I'm in City/East London.

Pannacotta2013 - fingers crossed for you, hope everything goes okay. I'm really paranoid that my little one won't stay about, so am POAS-ing regularly.

Thanks for the (PG) tip xuntitledx! ahem.

roxvox · 12/02/2013 09:13

Morning all! And welcome and congratulations to the newbies.

pannacotta I had that last week. For a couple of days I felt back to normal, but after a mild freak out I seemed to go back to painful tummy/back/head and extremely tired again. I had a good nights sleep last night and so am feeling better today than I was yesterday. I hope your blood test goes well. Keep us updated!

xuntitledx · 12/02/2013 09:15

HotSoupDumpling - haha, no probs. I heard previously that most decaf tea tasted like dirty dishwater so I was pleased to find a good one!
