Hello and welcome to another shiny fred for Just Shagging graduates!

The last fred was nice and busy so fingers crossed we get lots more members Grin

We've just moved over from the Shagged Out Viroids Volume 5 thread, where we finally found out that a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!
The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

Our stats thread is here, so if you find us, please add your stats too.

There is also a Just Mumming thread for grads of the grads thread Confused Grin

And if you want to find out what Just Shagging is about or catch up with the undergrads go say hello to the Just Shaggers here, now on the 12th thread Thanks

Hi tired Smile I'm fine thanks - worryingly so in fact! Am only 4+4 today though so hoping the lack of symptoms is just down to it being so early still and nothing else. Bit worried that the ICs are still showing the faintest of lines, but DH keeps reminding me that the 3 expensive tests I've done we're all clearly positive so I shouldn't put too much stock in the result of tests that cost about 20p for 500-odd! Fair point I guess Hmm

It's so lovely seeing how all you ladies are getting on though, I can't believe you're so close now! Did you find out if your bump is pink or blue and have you chosen names and everything?

WingDefence · 07/01/2013 10:12

Morning all!

Welcome back waves and hi again Kitten!

Dysgu, keep those legs crossed Confused

something, I can't remember what protein in urine means...?

I've been onto the 'parentcraft' people this morning re: antenatal classes. It's interesting that I'm sure it was more impressed upon me by the professionals last time to get on and book classes whereas this time (perhaps because it's my second and also because I've had far fewer MW appts) they've not mentioned it once after the booking-in appt.

Anyway, the refresher session is at the hospital in the daytime so I'm not going to that but instead have booked onto the local normal classes. Unfortunately they start (they're in 4-weekly groups) this Friday afternoon and we've booked a couple of nights away in Liverpool without DS (first time!) Thurs-Sat so I won't be able to make it. I'll go to the other three sessions though and then hopefully the next starter session which is in mid-March (eek, will be close!).

I've also booked onto the Delivery Suite tour but I'm still hoping to persuade DH to go for the home birth option...

Kitten I found out the sex and we're having a little girl this time round! We agreed names really easily in the car on the way back from the scan which was great as with DS it took a long time! Haven't told anyone the names, but we have told close friends and family that she's pink :)

Hi kitten stretch marks are re-stretching. Ouch. Bump is really tight. Yes apparently this bump is pink also but I'm so used to boys that I don't quite believe it. Not long til I know for sure. Have a boys and a girls name ready just in case. The boys are Max 8 and Toby 5. So bump will be Zack or Fern. Smile

tiredteddy · 07/01/2013 10:38

Oh wing well done for classes. I haven't done any or booked a tour of hospital! I'm sure it'll all come flooding back Blush weekend away sounds really great!

somethingwittynot · 07/01/2013 10:40

So i have my mw appt tomorrow in suffering with chronic headaches and a gammy eye since last night it felt like my head was burning on and off?! Wtaf?! So the headaches are so had im actually considering an ELCS so id only have to do 5 more week instead of 7/8

somethingwittynot · 07/01/2013 10:42

Protein in urine can be a sign of pre eclampsia.

kitten were a yellow bump over here our boys name is 100% henry john lee our girls name is probably evie willow mary but poppy is being thrown about

WingDefence · 07/01/2013 10:55

Lovely names something and tired!

something, if your head is that bad you really must get an appt sooner than tomorrow with your GP. That just doesn't sound good Hmm

something I really don't want to stress you out but severe headaches are a sign of preeclampsia as well as vision symptoms.

Please get yourself to the GP...

something headaches can mean high blood pressure. In combination with a bit of protein in urine and swollen feel I would definitely run it by your midwife just in case. Hopefully it's noting but worth a check.

Sounds like we will be having some babies soon on this thread one way or another, les hope they allappear bang on their due date.

I like all these names! We've tentatively thought about it (boys and girls) but no firm decisions yet.

My only news is that my nausea finally seems to be settling a little!

Kittenkatzen · 07/01/2013 11:05

Oh lots of lovely baby names, I'm so excited for you all! And more than a bit Envy that you're so much further on than me :o (a JSer is never happy right?!)

something that doesn't sound like fun, hope you feel better soon.

somethingwittynot · 07/01/2013 11:15

If it isnt better by the time DP is home (3) i will be going to a&e as right now it feels like my head and neck are on fire whilst im being stabbed in the head.
I had pre eclampsia last time wich is why i had booked an extra appt tomorrow but i will be seeing.someone today the way i am right now

Meringue33 · 07/01/2013 11:18

Go now! Please x

WingDefence · 07/01/2013 11:19

something, can DP get home any earlier? If you had it last time you really must be at v high risk this time. Brew

somethingwittynot · 07/01/2013 11:28

something at least ring the midwife and speak ti someone. Maybe they will cone to you especially if you say your head is so bad you can't leave the house?!

StuckOnARollercoaster · 07/01/2013 13:57

something just read the last few posts - please talk to your midwife or someone at your hospital before 3.
I know people stress about misusing the NHS but there are times when you need to - and if a medical professional is concerned they can surely arrange for an ambulance or something and DP can meet you at the hospital?

GaryBuseysTeeth · 07/01/2013 16:30

something, did you see the GP/are you feeling better?

somethingwittynot · 07/01/2013 16:40
