Congatulations! Claude is a fabulous name.

They did check my blood pressure three times and each time it was coming down a bit.

I have had a lovely pedicure today. I now have sparkly toes!

MyDaydream · 05/12/2012 18:11

Wow you've been chatty today! I had a crap morning, been up since 6.30 after 4 hours sleep to take my driving test, which I again failed. As soon as I got in the car I started panicking and as a result cocked up. I felt really bad this morning, but I'm fine about it now. We probably wouldn't have bought a car anyway so it's not the end of the world.
Also saw the midwife today, had a really lovely first year student so got extra attention since the MW was double checking everything she did. They said that he seems to be a long baby, but DP is quite long so not too surprised. Head is firmly wedged downwards, but bum is still right up in my ribs so don't think the breathlessness is going to go away. Hoping he's skinny and long and I'm not just growing a 15lb monster!
Congratulations pru, getting jealous of all these babies now I want mine out. DP has told me he wants a Mayan apocalypse baby and I need to cross my legs!
Hope everyone who's being monitored, induced or just having twinges is feeling okay and doing well. I've just read two pages and can't remember who any of those people are! I'm thinking of putting a missing persons ad out on my brain, I'm not a very useful person at the minute!

annelid · 05/12/2012 18:16

Can I ask - do u get uncomfortable and have indigestion after almost every meal??? Even if I don't eat much I still get it Angry another symptom to add to the ever growing list Hmm

kate2boysandabump · 05/12/2012 19:12

Congratulations Pru. Looking forward to hearing all about it soon.

Equimum · 05/12/2012 19:46

Congratulations Prunella

Bad luck daydream. I really admire for even trying to take a driving test at this point in pregnancy. My DH keeps laughing at how I seem to have lost all spatial awareness in the car..I've got out and made him park several times lately, so there's no way I'd pass a test!

ISpyDingDongMerrilyOnHigh · 05/12/2012 19:51

Congratulations Pru and welcome Claude Thanks.

EggNogMichelle · 05/12/2012 20:29

Well done for giving it a try Daydream. I'm struggling to fit behind the steering wheel, I have short legs so have to sit forward to reach the peddles, but that means my belly brushes the wheel, and since the rapid boob growth (B-DD Xmas Shock) I cant turn the wheel without my boobs getting in the way!

StaceymReadyForNumber3 · 05/12/2012 20:44

Congratulations prunella

Well done for trying mydaydream no way would I pass my test now!

Been grumpy and tearful this evening. Bless DH he left me alone and did the kids dinner and got them into bed.

How much 'show' can there actually be? I've been losing it for over a week and it's just never ending. Still getting high sugar levels before dinner even though I hadnt eaten since lunch and had thrown up the contents of my stomach since too. Almost prepared for them to not let me come home tomorrow or is that wishful thinking?

SpottyTeacakes · 05/12/2012 21:19

Stacey it could be the being sick making your sugar levels high. Always does for me not sure if GD is the same

StaceymReadyForNumber3 · 05/12/2012 21:40

Thanks spotty I never knew it could do that.

brooke89 · 05/12/2012 22:04

Unlucky mydaydream

Anyone else finding these pains in cervix are becoming unbearable when baby is moving? LO has perked right up but every time it moves the pain is making me yelp!
