shelley ow that sounds awful u poor thing, hope u feel better soon

Sophiathesnowfairy · 04/11/2012 12:21

pastiesyou really cheered me up, feeling pants today.

tits you are doing a Great job, there s nothing you can to to control your body and how it responds to what is being done to it so try and just go with it. Easier said than done, note to self : remember what you preached when you are in the Same situation!

Feeling low, really uncomfortable today, woken up in night with sharp stabbing in in bump which was really tight. Then every hour for loo. Baby so low and can feel it burrowing down sending shooting pains through fanjo, i can't bend down, lean over, barely walk, tightenings, BH, and in my heart I think I will go over and have another two weeks of this.

WOE IS ME! Sad

Thanks for listening. Off to bed with natal hypnotherapy.

Xx

Sophiathesnowfairy · 04/11/2012 12:22

Oh happy birthday detective hope you have a great day Thanks

TheDetective · 04/11/2012 12:25

Sophia Feeling the same - and even worse... THERE IS NO END FOR ME!!!

Declining induction doesn't seem like such a good idea when there is no end date to this! But I know it would be worse for me to have an induction based on my medical history! So I'll just suck it up and whinge.

The baby moved earlier, twice, and my entire body jerked with it it was so strong, DP asked me what I was doing! It was the baby - not me!!!

DesperateHousewife21 · 04/11/2012 12:33

LOL pasties that made me laugh in Tesco!!

I had the tiniest bit of blood when I wiped earlier, nothing since though just lots of discharge. Few twinges but nothing major, hoping for it to happen sometime this week though.

TheDetective · 04/11/2012 12:37

Everytime I fart, I get a BH Grin

Chunkychicken · 04/11/2012 12:39

Poor you Shelley and yes, your DH needs some sort of punishment!!!

Happy Birthday Detective :)

LOL Pasties Grin

I sympathise Sophia.

Haven't had any movement on the leakage front; damp down there, but not soaking (think more than panty liner, less than pad). Still getting frequent irregular BH that feel a bit 'insistent' at times (like now, where it feels like my whole bump is lifting and rising up my body, like being pulled by a rope and the sensation radiates around my sides) and I had weird 'fluttery' breathing/heart racing moments in bed this morning with them too - think you had this Detective?

If this is IT I just want it to get going!!! I can wait a while longer (only 38wks tomorrow) if I need to - although pref not 4 more wks."Crap or get off the pot" springs to mind!!!

TheDetective · 04/11/2012 12:47

Yes, that describes mine perfectly. They are like that when I lay down, more on my back (even propped with pillows!)

Sadly, this describes them for the last 4 sodding weeks! ARGHHHHH!!! So.... I reserve judgement!

Passmethecrisps · 04/11/2012 12:47

Sitting in my jammies as all of my clothes are in the wash.

All my toilet-time has resulted in a bleedy bottom. I had a fraction of a second where I thought "a bloody show?!" But no just a bloody arse.

applepieinthesky · 04/11/2012 12:48

Happy birthday detective. That cake sounds heavenly - can you post me a slice pretty please? Grin

Passmethecrisps · 04/11/2012 12:49

Oh, and I'll tell you what, I am never having this baby. Ever. It is not coming out. It doesn't want to and my body seems happy to have a permanent resident.

TheDetective · 04/11/2012 12:54

I keep having to calm the rising panic in my throat of, OMG this baby is coming in the very near future, I have to give birth to it, and suffer the concequences!

I am getting nervous now. Might need to go do my natal hypnotherapy to calm me!

I wish I wasn't a midwife sometimes!!

Although, having not been a midwife last time, and being one this time, it has really given me lots of food for thought. I've learned a lot - pratical experience! Even though I had a baby before, it is just 'different' this time.

TheDetective · 04/11/2012 12:54

There will be no cake left Grin Or if there is, it is MINE mwhahaha! Oh god, I can't wait for it!

applepieinthesky · 04/11/2012 12:58

I've already text DP today to tell him to bring some potatoes home. Will text again and tell ask him to bring cake as well.

TheDetective · 04/11/2012 13:00

Good plan Grin

I'm going to eat the whole food shop I did yesterday in one day at this rate! I've only been up 2 hours FFS Blush

Passmethecrisps · 04/11/2012 13:00

Have cheesecake in the fridge. Feel sick though Sad

applepieinthesky · 04/11/2012 13:03

I ate a whole cheesecake in ooh about two minutes the other day Blush

Passmethecrisps · 04/11/2012 13:11

DH was very sensible and bought a pack with two slices in.

Chunkychicken · 04/11/2012 13:25

Really want cake now...Envy

MissMummy1 · 04/11/2012 13:29

I'm going to bake a cake and it's all your fault!

TheDetective · 04/11/2012 13:34

I just tried posting the cake picture on FB, can anyone see it!

Cake cake cake mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!

ShellyBobbs · 04/11/2012 13:43

Happy birthday Detective Grin

Not feeling sorry for myself now, I hate it when I'm like that!

I've told hubby that 'fuck it, I might as well wait until Dec 15th then when I get paid hey? I'll only be over a month overdue.' Think he got the message to STFU, he revised and said before Tuesday then? No, I'm only having it on a Friday or Tuesday and can only start in labour before 6am that day or after 9.15am so it doesn't interfere with the school run. Do any of them listen?

He's gone to his mums now to pick up 2 of our nippers, I think he's actually done it just to escape me Grin

kirrinIsland · 04/11/2012 13:59

Happy birthday detective :)

Chunkychicken · 04/11/2012 14:12

LOL Shelley if only a natural/vaginal delivery could be scheduled right?!!!

It would be handy to have the baby tomorrow or the day after for childcare reasons...Hmm How can I inform baby of this do you think?

georgee · 04/11/2012 14:16
