happy Friday everyone!
So I had my flu jab yesterday
, apparently it doesn't matter if you have a cold so long as you don't have a fever. Feeling pretty rubbishey today but I think it's the remnants of my cold and not to to with the jab.
However - top tip - if you can only sleep on one side then make sure they do the jab in the other arm. I let them do it in my left arm, then couldn't sleep because I always sleep on my left hand side, but it made my arm hurt when I laid on it.
Tugs glad all is well now
Brug I'm 27 weeks with an anterior placenta. Some days I feel kicks, others I don't. DP still hasn't felt any from the outside, and I'm getting paranoid that it's because I have a thick layer of blubber in the way! I think it is too early to be worried if we don't feel anything, as others have said it depends on the baby's position that day.
How did the gig go bealos?
Quick question - what exactly does it mean when they talk about the baby's size in terms of 'percentiles'? I've never been told what percentile my baby is; at my scan they gave me a printout with the results in cm, and a tiny scale with a mark showing where mine was in relation to the average.
I'm going to break the trend for aches and pains as I have a really achey upper back. My lower back, hips, ribs etc are all fine. I wonder if it is related to sitting at a desk all day at work so I have asked for a DSE assessment (although knowing my work I won't get it till after I've had the baby [hhmm]
