Re commiserations - I assume that means you are all so lovely and young! I didn't get that with DS, although so far, it's only DH and you lot who know I'm pregnant again! I've asked we delay telling his brother and my parents until I've seen a scan with a heartbeat. I don't mind PIL knowing, but then they were super supportive last time round.

I give up on the list!!!!

Ahh cross post. Can someone quicker than me update :)

preggers I went 14 days over with dc1. The constant phone calls from mil in those last 14 days asking if i'd had the baby yet, nearly may me commit murder.
Learnt my lesson 2nd time and fibbed about the dates.

Definitely need to fib about the due date. Also stops you from going crackers when your due date comes and goes. You know in France, sensibly they have a 41 week gestation period.

Oh and another thing. It's not 9 months. It's longer :) And contrary to how this post sounds I love being pregnant. Although right now I feel particularly bleurgh!

Tired

And me....EDD 4 June

Just had some pink tinged mucous when I wiped. Not quite panicking as a) it could be implantation bleeding b) this is kind of around when my period would have been due and for some women they still have a bit of a bleed, and c) I had a cervical erosion in my last pregnancy so I had bleeding for a few weeks but early scan at epu showed the baby was fine. There's every chance it's one of the above reasons, especially the cervical erosion. Just have to keep an eye on it and hope for the best.

I'm 36yrs old and 4wks &1 day preg and absolutely thrilled to bits. Had convinced myself that at my age it wasn't going to happen or would be a big struggle so feeling very blessed right now. Within a couple of days of 'doing the deed' I felt weird, then convinced myself it was just really bad pms. By wednesday I couldn't wait any longer so decided to poas. We're both very excited & daddy is very proud of his super sperm :0) so doing all the right things, looking after myself and praying that we get to the 12 week stage without any issues. Booked in for my first midwife appt on 15th oct (apparentley at my surgery you don't need to bother with the GP at all, hooray). So baby #1 -EDD 14 June
