Started TTC in August 2010, 1 has popped, 3 nearly there and 2 over halfway!

I don't know it, but simons a road worker and travels all over lincolnshire, and i think he's around the spalding area sometimes. I'll ask him when he gets home klou. Ooh just think if you did move up our end we could meet up!

My hand is AGONY! Roll on LO arriving and it hopefully going away.

Only another 4 days at work Grin

Had a fab weekend. Just bought/ordered the last few bits now all set for b-day! DH took me out for a lovely lunch yesterday (as it's potentially our last relaxing weekend together when I will feel like going out) and then we tried some photos at home - he's an amateur rolling on wanabee professional photographer and I really wanted some tasteful/arty pics of my bump, playing with shadows,etc. I was really nervous but actually really enjoyed my own private free photoshoot! He says he should have them sorted out either tonight or tomorrow so I'll put some up Smile

Like you Iwish hoping LO will not be late! How are your feet? x

I take my hat off to you working so long madkatz this is my second week off work and I'm only a couple of days ahead of you. Hopefully your hand will be a little better when you finish work, especially if you do a lot of writing or typing.
I bet your pics will be lovely. Will have a nosey when you put them up.
My feet are still swollen and unfortunatly don't seem to be going back down at night any more but hey ho. Hopefully they will go down when I'm gorgeous boy arrives.

Is your bubba engaged yet? My little one was head down but still floating free at my last appt which was last week. Hope they tell me he's engaged when I go this week!

morning all.
klou i dont know the actual town but the slapding area is really pretty, quiet and flat area. but i do know there is alot of foreign/polish in spalding itself, dont know if that would make a difference to you. there is a outlet shopping place too in spalding[grin[ i know all the shopping places!!

madkatz Sad for your hand how lucky are you tho to have your own personal photographer!! i bet he will be able to take sme lovely pics when bubs in bornSmile

Thanks Liz that was one if the reasons we moved here tbh, so many bloody foreigners in the midlands. Might sound a but naive but when you can't even fly your own bloody flag ........

Lol, I've only just got out of the shower :) Have been making hand prints if our beautiful boy on his 1 month birthday. I'll upload what they are, they are for the Xmas tree. Done one for us and one for both sets of parents. Have got his proper moulding kit to do but he's asleep now so will do it later.

iwish chance would be a fine thing! i am having to get up at 7am to get everything done so i can leave the house at half 8 to take lulu to school. i really really didnt want to get out of bed this morning!!

liz I am ashamed to say I had to drag myself out of bed at 11:15! But in a few short weeks I will also be up at ridiculous o'clock seeing to a small baby Grin
I did see you write slapding and had a giggle but didn't know what you really meant.

They are beautiful klou! your parents and DHs parents will love them!

I will defo make the most of staying in bed but it would be nice if I could sleep while I was there lol!

Just ventured out to the shop to get salad and coleslaw to go with our tea. V v close to the steering wheel now. Belly is about an inch away. Should I be avoiding driving?

Surprisingly easy, and if you go wrong, you start again as they are not set til you cook them in the oven :)
I just held Euan facing away from me over his shoulder between the legs and used my other hand to press his into the cast (I had them on the worktop).

Think you're OK as long as you can still get in the car Iwish :)

HV here in a mo, let's see how much my 'little' man has put on this week lol!

Just a quickie, klou i asked simon and he said he doesn't go out as far as spalding, shows how much i know! Could you do me a favour please? Ask your mum if she thinks i'd be able to get another MAT B1 form from my MW, work have lost mine Hmm and i need it to claim maternity allowance.

liz i thought you were never going to send it lol! Will text you in a bit when i find a pen to write the number down.

Quick question... At how many weeks did your little ones engage? Last week he was still freely floating around but was head down. I felt some strange pain a few days ago which I thought was him engaging but his bum still feels up in my ribs so I guess not.

I'm wondering the same question Iwish. Head feels very low but I don't know how it should feel if it was engaged. Not seeing the midwife for another 2 weeks so guess I will find out then

I asked Rob to do some like that, like the Demi Moore ones, as he bought a new fancy camera for the little one, but I went into labour the next sodding day so never got any!!!!

Melly will ask when next speak to mum, but I'm sure you should be able to if they've lost it

madkatz your pictures are amazing! Your DH is rather talented. Wish I could've got some professional pictures done. They would've needed a lot of air brushing to look good though with all my stretchmarks! How is your wrist? Or is it both of them? I can't remember Blush

iwish i can't quite remember but i think it was around 36 weeks when poppy started engaging.

I feel really sorry for simon :( poppy just cries if he picks her up, she'll be perfectly happy on me then i'll pass her to simon and she'll start crying. I take her back and she shuts up. I just really hope that he doesn't end up resenting her and just not want anything to do with her anymore :( I think he's getting a bit upset by it too.

I'm over the moon with my pics. Didn't think I'd ever be that brave to even consider some nude shots but absolutely love them!

It's my left wrist Melly still agony but i'm not doing any typing now I have my maternity cover temp helping, which is making the days easier.

Hope Poppy gets more used to him soon

iwish i was never told if the baby was engaged, with lulu being 3 weeks early, the midwife didnt look at that and i didnt drop hardly at all. with violet, again with her being ealry the midwife didnt say if i was engaged, but i did drop more noticably, so sorry i cant be of much helpSmile

well i dont know if i have done the right thing in terms of sleeping,. but the baby went to sleep at about half 8 ish. i was trying to keep her awake, she'd been awake apart from a couple of brief naps since 2. she had half an hour at 6 and i though she would stay awake like usual till about 11-12. but i but lulu to bed and she went to sleep, so i have put her in her moses basket in our room. so i am hoping that she wakes for a bottle around 11ish and go back to sleep till 4ish.
keep your fingers corssed for me ladies!!

Hey lovelies.

Been to midwife this morning and she said little man is 4/5 engaged so that strange pain I felt a few days ago was quite probably him trying to engage Grin. She also said my bp is good and little ones heart rate was fab too. I'm a happy bunny today :)
Going out for lunch with my friend too just because I can!

liz how did your night with violet go?

madkatz your pics are lovely! I couldn't get away with that with my stretchmarks. Or baby lines as I'm going to call them :)

melly poor Simon. Has she just recently started being like that with him?

klou shat did the hv say about your little man? Has he put on a little more weight?

4/5 engaged means its nearly ready to come doesnt it?

last night was suprisingly good, i waited up fer her to wake up, but by 11 she was stil lasleep so i went to bed. she woke for a bottle at 12.30 then 3.30 then 6.45 which was fine but then put her all out for the morning. she didnt want any that i offered her just before we left for school and she wanted some just as i was coming out of school and i had an appointment to get to for eyebrow wax so ended up giving her it in the salon!

spaghetti looking forward to tomorrowSmile re poppy and simon, it needs nipping in the bud before you end up like lulu and chris! would you consider going out for the afternoon and leaving them 2 to it? have you left her for that long?
