Good afternoon Ladies,

I'm not listening to a thing I'm told about weights as the mw kept telling me that he was going to be huge but at the scan yesterday he is average, they didn't tell me what his weight was though. I have another scan booked at 37 weeks to double check but there is no going back now he has to come out somehow. My brother was nearly phisically sick when I told him about the one on the home births programme I watched that cam out naturally at 11lb 4oz, you have probably all seen it looked like a toddler

flutterbee · 26/10/2005 12:49

Just realised that a July 06 thread has started made me realise just how far all us lot have come and how little there is left to go, also noticed on the Feb thread that they have started counting down when they can start there ml (about 8 weeks time) and I thought OMG I should have a baby by then.

Someone pass the Vodka

32+3

Jaysfirst · 26/10/2005 12:52

OMG flutter i did see that home birth, it was scarily 'wrong' it really did look like she had given birth to a toddler, being nearly as big as her youngest daughter!
No way i want to know what i am letting myself in for, its nerve racking enough knowing what i have to go through without knowing any other details!!
Baby, use the one you feel is the more accurate, even if it means a com diff one! i think its more of a guide so we can all know whos due when without having to look on the other thread!
SH i would still attempt to speak to their HR department, and make noises about how unfair it is ( if you can be bothered that it) if they realise you are not going to take it lying down they have to do something, its the law not to disriminate..dont give up just yet!
Nemo, the pic board was just a thought as i find it diff to keep up with peoples nics on here and whos who, ( cant blame being pg as i am alwasy like it!!) wonder how we could go about it, will have to spk to DH maybe he can help, hes a whizz with sites, he did ours ( www.peanutmonkey.co.uk)
mmmmm now then, it has to be food time for me again, whats for lunch.....

Nemo666 · 26/10/2005 12:53

could use msn or photo bucket to do a site i would have thought.

Jaysfirst · 26/10/2005 12:54

30 +5 ( i thnk george and i might have our bubs the same day/night!)oooo

flutterbee · 26/10/2005 13:02

It is strange that you can't attach a pic to your name so when you post the pic comes up with it, my bro is a mod on Carp Forum (yes he is very very sad, he likes looking at rocks too) and they all have the option to attach a pic.

Jaysfirst · 26/10/2005 13:13

ok have just opened a photo bucket account where we can add pics.....give me a bit and will paste the link

flutterbee · 26/10/2005 13:51

I best find some decent pics then......actually I have a few from our wedding in May that are OK

flutterbee · 26/10/2005 14:12

"oh and keep them clean"

So you don't want any pics of the conception then

Jaysfirst · 26/10/2005 14:13

well now, it depends on how good looking your man is!

scully · 26/10/2005 14:52

Finally got around to looking at your website Jay, lovely pics of your baby, so clear!
Couldn't finish my pasta at lunch, that will teach me for having a chocolate milk as well
Bought a donut to eat at well, but I just don't have the room......

sweetheart · 26/10/2005 14:55

scully - eat it anyway! I would

Jaysfirst · 26/10/2005 15:01

aww thanks scully it was a truely wonderful experience, have watched the DVD a hundred times!

Did you both Scully / SH see the link to the pics page? its ready and waiting for some uploads!

As for the duffnut, its rude not to eat it, after all you bought it and just think how the poor thing feels, all dejected and used.....lol

sweetheart · 26/10/2005 15:11

Just had a poke around your site Jay - god, you've had a busy year haven't you - meeting, marrying, baby etc etc etc. You'll have to do something pretty spectacular next year to beat all that!

I haven't really got any good piccies to post on that site - I haven't been photographed since I was about 14 weeks pregnant, I'm allergic to cameras

Jaysfirst · 26/10/2005 15:17

lol SH i know, its been quite hectic, very whirlwind , but absolutely wonderful, i couldnt have wished for anything more at all, am looking forward to a quiet year for 2006, well in the technical sense, reality tells me that i will be moving house looking after a new baby and hopefully buy the end of next year ( if not sooner), be pregnant again!! i dont do things by half!
Am sure you have a piccie you could post doesnt have to be a preggie pic, its mainly for me to put a face to a name, i am hopeless at remembering whos who!! Go on i dare you !

sweetheart · 26/10/2005 15:21

OK, small problem - can all the meet up ladies check the thread please it's here

sweetheart · 26/10/2005 15:22

I know this probably seems silly - being that I will be meeting some of you in a couple of weeks and most of you have either my e-mail address or home address but.....

I just feel a bit odd putting piccies of myself on the internet. Perhaps if everyone else does I'll stop being such a chicken and join in

ebbie22 · 26/10/2005 15:23

Hey all,got to take dcat to vets soon, but starting to feel better, wanted to ssay hi xx

ebbie22 · 26/10/2005 15:24

dramaqueen72 · 26/10/2005 15:26

dramaqueen72 · 26/10/2005 15:28

Jaysfirst · 26/10/2005 15:50

'pah' at you all not posting a pic...lol dont worry your preggie heads about it, its there for anyone that wants to, i thought it was a good idea so went ahead and did it! No worries

I posted on the meet site, re anyoe needing a lift, i think i might be ale to come!

scully · 26/10/2005 16:03

dq, just the thought of 3 children all wanting a a part of me, makes me tired - one 3yr old is enough
she wears me out with her conversations alone, could join a debating team I'm sure
I'm also a chicken Jay, but I am having a photographer friend take some bump and dd photos for me in a couple of weeks time so I may put one of those on there.....
I realised last pregnancy that I didn't have loads of photos of me pregnant, and so want to have a few more from this time, in case it's the last one we have......want to be able to show the little buggers how much hard work it was plus with neither of our families in this country, it will be nice to show them at some point what I looked like.

sweetheart · 26/10/2005 16:33

scully - I was really taken with the idea of having some pregnancy photo's done but dh thinks it's a waste of money! Anyway, the bigger and more uncomfortable I get the harder I think it would be to look anything near decent!

I fancied some of these arty photo's where your in the buff - but nothing shows IYKWIM!!!!!

DQ - I think you deserve a medal for being heavily pregnant with 3 kids on half term - can't you give them all a sedative or something
