Time for a new thread.

Hope the title will encourage the "reluctant" babes into the world.

Good luck to all who are due now/overdue

STM et al don't you dare change allegiance to octobers thread!!

Bubbles and everyone that has already given birth it is great when you post here cause it reminds us why we are doing this and it's wonderful to still be receiving your support. I am looking forward to us all moving over to the postnatal board together.

Well tomorrow is the day I go in for inducement and I am getting nervous as hell.

Dh has taken the day off today to help with DD as I am to frazzled to cope with her. Must go and do a nice early lunch so that we can get her to nursery on time.

Not sure if anyone's posted a link to the postnatal thread yet - just thought I'd put it on record.

This thread is getting v long!

jessysmummy, it seems like ages ago that we were just 3, she has been fantastic though and very grown up. as you all know, my dp is not dd1's biological father though he is more of a father than her real one is, he's treating them both the same, no favouritism at all, like i expected there to be, fil even made more of a fuss when they got home from their holiday of dd1 than mia.
stm, good luck for this afternoon, don't you dare join october, you are one of us and belong here, it would be too weird for you to cross over, lol
For people on here with other children i need some advice, how long after your bubba was born did you feel in the mood for some loving?(sorry that was the politest way of putting it, and sorry if tmi but i'm so horny). prob got something to do with the fact that it's been months as we both felt weird about doing things with mia inside. last time i lost my sex drive completely but saying that i hated my ex partner but thats a whole other story. LOL

STM - have no intention of swapping my allegiance (is that spelt right?) to Oct thread. Trying to keep positive...this baby WILL be born in sept. But can't help thinking that DD was 13 days late and since I've had no twinges and hospital won't see me until 4th Oct for sweep/talk about induction, etc can't help thinking that I'll still be here in Oct. Hoping everyone will stick around until then.
Good luck this pm, STM!
Franch - Your let me know how it goes when it's just you and DDs. I know my DD is very good with her little cousin and babies in nursery but like you say, not sure how things will turn out when she has to share her mummy 24/7.

Congrats Diane - hope you're feeling ok after the cs. Dylan is a lovely name.
Good luck tomorrow mummyhill - hope all goes well. Alqo hope you can get some rest today xxx

Just waiting until due date of 24th!! saw physio today who told me that baby was so far down he has to be born soon.... Told me that when I have a contraction to squat or to put one leg up on a chair to help get labour going. I only have about 4 practice contractions a day that cause no problems - so hope that I can feel a few more to carry out her advice.

Good Afternoon - feeling very virtuous as have just finished ironing all DH's work shirts - it's the last lot I have to do, as from now on they're going to the laundry round the corner - YAY !

Bubbles and everyone else who has had their baby - please keep posting, it keeps me going!!!

Franch - your birth story is a bit of a cliff hanger, looking forward to the next installment!!

Boompi - at the moment it's me who's making terrible noises in my sleep - apparently have developed a terrible snoring problem over the last couple of weeks - hope it goes away after the baby arrives, and that the baby doesn't have the same problem!!

Nikkinoo · 20/09/2005 12:59

Time for a new thread as we're over halfway through September and this one is too long and I've got nothing better to do.....
