Carmen Rosalind Esme was born at 5.36pm on Sat 10 Sept, delivered in our bathroom by ambulance crew after a scary half-hour labour. 8lb 6oz (ow ) and beautiful.

All well - I'm a bit sore but beginning to emerge from the shock ... full story to follow at some point

Beautiful name and at 30 minute labour. I had about 2.5 hours and thought that was fast enough.
