If you’re grieving, what has made the process even more difficult?

A thread for a space to share / vent / howl into the abyss. For me it’s the way certain relatives are behaving. It’s breaking me.

I'm glad I found this thread. I have felt utterly alone, both in caring for and tidying up after the death of my beloved Mum. Offered assistance wasn't meant and it was obvious I shouldn't ask for it. My brother criticised me for looking sad while I was grieving.

I've done my bit, ie everything. I've given my siblings their inheritance and have now blocked the whole family. I need time and space to heal.

I'm so sorry @Holymolymoon. Losing your Mum is hard enough without others making you feel even worse. I am fortunate that neither myself or my sibling are that bothered about "stuff". We are taking small mementos of Mum. Hope you find some peace.💐
