My mother found my father dead this morning

After two MC in three months, the last only a month ago I had a phonecall this morning to say my dearly beloved father died unexpectedly this morning. My Mum found him in his armchair in the lounge as if asleep.

I am gutted, gutted, gutted... too much to take on board especially after my two MCs

My dad died suddenly and totally out of the blue so I know how it feels - its a total shock - look after yourself - thinking of you

Thank you, the thing that gets me the most is that he died alone... I wish one of us had been there to hold his hand.

My Dad was my rock, he was with me when my first DH died. Without him I don't know what I will do.

My only consolation is that he looked liked he didn't suffer just went to sleep and never woke up. He fell asleep to the rise of a beautiful day.

Just 61, this sucks

There are no words to convey how sorry I am as this must seem like the most awful period of your life ever.

Keep talking about it, on here. I know it's only a pc screen but you will get support & love as you already know.
