My mother found my father dead this morning

After two MC in three months, the last only a month ago I had a phonecall this morning to say my dearly beloved father died unexpectedly this morning. My Mum found him in his armchair in the lounge as if asleep.

I am gutted, gutted, gutted... too much to take on board especially after my two MCs

So sorry to hear this, it must be a dreadful shock to you and your family.
Plese don't worry about him been alone because I am sure he was at peace and no doubt thinking of his wonderful family and how proud he was of you.
My mums mum died recently, again quickly and we worried that she was alone, but your never alone if you have happy memories of your family in your mind.
My deepest sympathies to you and your family, stay strong together, and cry as much or as little as you need to, xxx
