TERRIBLE NEWS FROM YORKIEGIRL

Yorkiegirl has phoned me from holiday in Portugal; her husband Nigel has collapsed and died tonight.
She thinks it was a stroke or heart attack.
The authorities are trying to get hold of her parents - they are also in Portugal
Fortunately, neither of her DDs saw anything
I don't know much more than that but will post if I have anything else

Oh YG, you sound such a lovely person and so brave, im so so sorry that this has happened to you, im sat here in tears.
Will your parents be flying back with you?
You must be in such a state of shock right now, i hope you will have wonderful friends and family there when you get off the plane.

Oh YG I am so, so sorry. (((Hugs))) to you, your lovely DDs and those around you.

I've only just been catching up on MN this week (you know what's been occupying my cybertime - hope youre raising a knowing smile now). Can you remember me getting you on 'glee club' by mistake that night and that daft (as in funny) bloke called Red Six was on with me? Well we've got together and he's staying with me and the kids for the first time this week.

I realise that this seems irrelevant to everyone else but I know this will make sense to you YG. Just to say, we are both thinking about you today and send you our most sincere sympathy. My MSN is down at the moment (that's why I've not been around on-line to chat) but I will be in touch one way or the other.

hardly spoke to yorkiegirl as far as i remember but i feel for you now hun , im sat here crying for you and your girls and words cant describe how awful this is . all my love to you and your daughters and of course all your family .

OH YG, your post has made me cry. Peter has just had to comfort me, soudns silly, but for you to think of us in your time of grief has moved me so much. you are an amazingly strong woman, but dont be afraid to ask for help. anything you need, then message me.
