Finn… for a girl

DH has just announced that the name we would have used for a boy, he wants to use for DD. He loves it but I remain unconvinced. Tell me your honest opinion please, we are in Scotland.

Finn for a girl is terrible.. if he likes F names maybe florence , faye , fluer or felicity? Or boy names for girl billie is quite cool but I really like classic pretty girls as so unisex nest arnt my strong suit x congratulations though xx

Every middle class little boy I have met recently has been Finn. People will assume she’s a boy

Finn is my cats name and he's a boy so no.

There’s a reason it’s ’so unusual’ for a girl. Because it’s 100% a boys’ name.

If someone names their girl Finn, it will no longer be 100% a boys’ name.
