I have a Tara and want to stick with a T name. Leaning towards Tegan but also like Trinity and Trudy

So sorry, OP, but I think Tegan is awful.

Of the names suggested, I think Tilly is probably the nicest and goes well alongside Tara. Tabitha is lovely too x

I know 2 Tegans one pronounces it Tee-gan which I'm not keen on. The other is pronounced to rhyme with Megan which is quite nice.

I like Trudy from your suggestions.

Although I’m not a huge fun of the name Tasmin I think Tara & Taz is a winning combo .

(It might make life easier to pick a name with a different letter - mail addressed to T.Surname will cause confusion..)

As a mum or two boys I’ve honestly never had an issue of initials causing probs

Letters to kids are normally all given full names and most go off to uni etc by time they get formal letters

Teagan or whoever you'll spell it is really nice, I have a young family member called that & there are really not many about!
I'd say go for it, it goes well with Tara.

Well that’s fine obviously I don’t find them unappealing or else I wouldn’t be considering them. It’s fine not to like a name but can’t believe how snobby some folk can be about names. Trudy is classical and Tegan is different and I think it’s pretty. Keegan cause I like the way it sounds. Taz is nice.

Tegan/Teagan is gorgeous. MNers give their kids stale names in the hope they’ll be a high court judge but none of them are. The only people judging on names is them.

I also like Brooke, Piper, Poppy and Kyla.
