Have you considered the name Rolex for a boy? Roly poly for nick name.

MikeUniformMike · 20/11/2019 20:18

A Cartier is very wearable. I suppose it's one to watch.
How about Omega or Breitling?

KSxx · 20/11/2019 21:06

thank you @MissHenty as I've said I appreciate the opinions but there's no need for some of the comments on here

@BennyTheBall what's the problem with that?

I love the sound of it tbh but would never use it in fear of being judged for being a chav

inthekitchensink · 20/11/2019 21:12

Um it’s pronounced car-tee-yay not car-tee-yer!

bridgetreilly · 20/11/2019 21:12

Brand names are not suitable as child names. HTH.

YourOpinionIsNoted · 20/11/2019 21:15

Car-tee-ay, surely?

KSxx · 20/11/2019 21:20

I'd pronounce it car-tee-yer

Please take it back off your list.

MinTheMinx · 20/11/2019 21:23

It's 'different' because it's not a name. It's a product brand. Just no.

inthekitchensink · 20/11/2019 21:24

Haha you’re funny. It’s a good skit, this

HalfManHalfLabrador · 20/11/2019 21:25

😂😂😂

percheron67 · 20/11/2019 21:27

Wow! and you could call the next one Rolex or Timex!!

BennyTheBall · 20/11/2019 21:32

BennyTheBall what's the problem with that?

Nothing per se. But it singles you out as someone very young and immature. And this maybe isn't the best or most tolerant place for doodling in your school book type ponderings over future baby names.

KSxx · 20/11/2019 21:41

@BennyTheBall fair enough. But just because I do not have a partner as of this moment and/or because I'm not planning on having children at this point of my life. Does not indicate that I am young or immature

OP posts:
BennyTheBall · 20/11/2019 21:46

How old are you then?

KSxx · 20/11/2019 22:41

I don't think that it my age is relevant

Royallyscrewed · 20/11/2019 22:46

@KSxx I always do the surgeon or judge test with names...and it’s horribly stereotyping but would you trust a surgeon called something like Chardonnay Smith or a high court judge named Diamonte-Rae Jones. If the answer makes you raise your eyebrows then don’t call your kid it.

This thread is an excellent ruse and the OP is playing the part very well!
