Herbie, Wilfred or Casper??

DS due this summer. Torn between Herbie (Herbert as given name but known as Herbie), Casper or Wilfred (Wilf, Wilfie for short). Any thoughts??

If I had to pick one, Casper. Herbie and Wilfie are way too old-man sounding for a lovely new baby.

Casper is the best of them, mainly because I hate the other two.

I think they're all fine and prefer them in order of Wilf, Caspar, Herbie.

There are currently a Wilf, a Caspar and two Herbies at DS2's school. And a Wilf at DS1's school.

Casper is the best. Not sure about Herbie. Wilfred is OK but I hate the inevitable shortening Wilf (sounds like a yappy dog).

Good grief. To be honest, they are all quite common amongst a certain type. And none are particularly nice names. Sorry.
