Ok so we are still coming up with names. We are in our 2nd trimester now so we've still got a while to finalize our choices.

A name we've found that we like too is North. Just to be clear, absolutely no connection to Kim Kardashian whatsoever. Can't personally stand her, but I really like the name and the nn 'Nori'.

Would love to hear your opinions if that's alright :)

Love the name Xavier so don’t agree with your example there. However I agree with your other name being awful.

Nori just makes me think of Sushi
North is awful
Baby deserves a good name to see him or her through life xx

@Yutes That made me fangirl a little :) Finally someone on this thread has played it/seen the game! I pay very minimal attention to the Kardashians as well. For example I know of them, I know a few things about them, but I don't watch any of their shows, read about any of their "news" etc. Just that I know her daughter is called North.

Again, guys it's not on the top of our list. Was just curious of your thoughts on the name.

I like Nori, it's cute but think people will associate North with Kardashians, even if you don't

@DwangelaForever haha well I am a big Doctor Who fan I admit, but surprisingly no. I just like those names. The fact that they are in doctor who is just a bonus :)

@schnubbins ok, was there any need for that? Just say you don't like the name. If you bothered to read any of my previous posts on this thread, I am not naming our child North. The point if this thread was just to see what people thought of the name in general, but you can do that without being rude.

@AlyTab I had the same when I was pregnant with my daughter, absolutely love the name Clara!! Hubby didn't 🙄

@DwangelaForever that's such a shame! Clara is a beautiful name. It's an awful thing when your SO or parents don't like your baby names 😑. The worst is "it's ok". It's a stressful experience!
