So I have a Caoimhe (keeva, we are in Ulster so correct pronunciation for here), looking girls names, what should I be shortlisting!

Open to all ideas.

So far on my list is Fiadh but dh is not fussed

We had previously short listed Laoise but not sure if I love it anymore.

Caoimhín is the original from which the feminine was derived. You couldn't have a Caoimhe and a Caoimhin. It would be like Michael and Michaela.
Laoise is originally a male name. (Actually the name of a ancient kingdom, now basically Co. Laois).
