Neither.

Zoflorabore · 01/07/2017 20:42

Is this a joke? Grin

MaisyPops · 01/07/2017 20:43

Neither.
Sorry. If I heard either of them I'd just think why not call the child bookcase, butterfly, cloud?

Joeybee · 01/07/2017 22:04

Not liking eother of those name tbh, they're bit too out there. However Forest sounds better than Falcon...Falcon sounds like a stage name for a wrestler or something.

MsPassepartout · 01/07/2017 22:08

Falcon.

I've come across similar style names before and it doesn't take all that long to get used to them.

GreenTulips · 01/07/2017 22:15

You may as well place a sign on your child's head when they get to school that says come and tease me!

Or parents could teach their kids to be kind

Sophronia · 01/07/2017 22:24

Forest is nice

tinhead · 01/07/2017 22:25

Weasel is nice.

PinkSquash · 01/07/2017 22:28

tinytemper66 · 01/07/2017 22:34

Oh for the love of God!

RebelRogue · 01/07/2017 22:34

Platypus

Noneedtoworry · 01/07/2017 22:35

No, neither, sorry 🌲🌲🌲

C0untDucku1a · 01/07/2017 22:35

I love the film forest gump.

Deskkie · 01/07/2017 22:39

It clearly isn't pregnancy hormones, it's the style of names I like. Oh well 🤷🏼‍♀️ we don't all like James and Thomas.

OP posts:
MrsCharlieD · 01/07/2017 22:41

Forest. I think only adults would make the forest gump connection and they're hardly likely to tease a child.

GinIsIn · 01/07/2017 22:43

Have you considered Balonz? Balonz and Blue has a lovely ring to it.... Grin

Hmmalittlefishy · 01/07/2017 22:44

Forest just makes me think forest gump but it would probably grow on me (no pun intended) once I got to know your little boy
Falcon just sounds so 80s wasn't there a TV programme falcon something and definitely a gladiator with very 80s/90s hair so I would just think that
Sorry op!

camtt · 01/07/2017 22:44

I don't personally like either, but then one of my DCs has a name my dear friends tried to persuade me not to use, but we did anyway. I still like the name but now he is at school and has an opinion and the experience of being the one with the highly unusual name, I can see he would have preferred us not to use that name despite being a fairly confident child. It is entirely up to you however and I don't think it matters much to you whether other adults like the name or not.

Tobean · 01/07/2017 22:45

We have a Forest. It's great, suits him and he very rarely gets "run forest run" usually from older people (and he does run a lot). Never any grief from other kids and we live in a pretty conservative name area - think 3 Matthew in a class.... our boy loves his name.

MrsCharlieD · 01/07/2017 22:47

BTW OP I had similar responses to my name contenders. Like you say, I'm never going to be the mum of a Harry or a Jack and there are so many different name styles out there I can't imagine any one group is more likely to be teased than another. Who's to say the George and William's won't teased for being deemed posh or old fashioned. I've always loved different names since I was a child, wouldn't do for us all to be the same.

Dewey595 · 01/07/2017 22:47

Forest is lovely.

Hmmalittlefishy · 01/07/2017 22:49

Here is the lovely falcon
Younger than I remember but it's probably because I'm old now!!
