Don't take this the wrong way, but I think you got the wrong end of the stick! I wasn't comparing people to food at all. My point was that those foods have been known to be produced in horrendous conditions, chocolatte in particular I believe has been associated with child labour. That in no way means that I'm going to give up chocolatte but I buy fair trade stuff instead.

If you are going to compare two unethical industries of non-essential products, then we should be comparing the treatment of adults in both industries and the treatment of children in both industries. It is disingenuous to make out that pornography is an industry that only exploits adults.

The glamour/porn industry is a lot more glamorous in the eyes of some women these days, it may be misguided but when you watch things like Girls of The Playboy Mansion, they appear to have glamourous sexy lives (I have no doubt this is a front) but women see that and think its glamourous.
