I’m sorry I completely disagree with your views about disruptive protestors. The suffragettes certainly didn’t protest peacefully and quietly, and if they hadn’t have been loud and disruptive half the country may still not be able to vote. Some people vote out of suicidal empathy, it also happens. These are usually highly intelligent people, the best people, better than me certainly. So not all people vote this way.

They are still counted in the overall disability benefit figures, although not for working age disability benefits - which PIP is - because the fact that they won’t be migrated was because they would have reached retirement age within a certain timeframe of the start of the migration process. What we’re talking about here is working age disability benefits - PIP. The migration process is ongoing and those being migrated from DLA continue to inflate the ‘new claims’ figures for PIP, without actually adding any new cost. It’s a distortion.
