Just seen this on the BBC - there is an issue with weather.

I thought it had been changed back again? Apparently, England team pointed out the impact on fans who have tickets for the match but can't make alternative travel arrangements to accommodate a change of time at such short notice, which is something I admit I hadn't thought of

The rain radar seems to be showing the thunderstorms and rain currently affecting Mexico City should ease and move off over the next hour or so.
